The media could not be loaded.  Bought this product almost 2 years ago. Went to buy another one and realized I hadn't left a review. That gives me a chance to let you all know how it performs over time. First off installing it was amazingly easy as long as you know what you are doing. Controls are easy to use. The water pressure is perfect. It looks amazing, and cleans easily. System is still going strong these two years later. The swivel tub spout is so convenient and eliminates accidentally smacking your foot when trying to stretch out in the tub. The whole system is leak free after 2 years of operation. I highly recommend this setup. It's heavy duty, and a great value. Customer service is amazing. I needed the ceiling mount for the rainfall instead of wall and they shipped it out no cost. They are easy to work with and again I can't say enough positive things. Sadly we are moving now which is what brought me back to get another of these systems for my new home. I guarantee you will love it to.

The hand sprayer unit was defective. DoBrass customer service quickly sent a replacement for no charge. Ne sprayer worked correctly. Shower faucet set looks and operates great.. Looks and feels high-end, at a very reasonable price!

My husband had some struggles with install. He said the box was poorly engineered. However, he got it in the end. We were worried about weak water pressure as well. It turned out to be perfect though. I like the system better than I thought I would. You can tilt the showerhead. I enjoy how you can turn off the water without changing your temperature setting. I like the little click sound the knob makes that changes where the water is coming out of. The hose portion reminds me of the sprayer at salons. My son has thick hair and it can take a while to rinse out the soap. With the sprayer I can angle it perfectly so he doesn't get water on his face and it rinses his hair in just a couple seconds but it's still a comfortable spray and not pummeling. Really, really happy with this system!

My wife and I just bought a new house and are finishing up the kitchen and bath remodel. We went with this bath/shower set for the master bathroom and we absolutely love it!! Plumbers had not installed a setup like this before, but said it wasn't any more difficult than a Delta or Moen. The rain head puts out a good amount of water, the hand held has good pressure. If I had to fault anything, it would be the amount of water that the bath spigot is able to pass. The exit on the spigot is about the same as a traditional kitchen faucet, so if you have a large tub, it'll take a while.I'm considering changing out the Delta shower set downstairs for the shower only version of this one. Time will tell how it will hold up over the long haul, but initial impressions are great.

The valve needs to be replaced already and I can’t find a customer service number to confirm a compatible replacement valve. I emailed the company but no reply.

this has been great but over the past year I have noticed I had to turn the the handle more and more to the hot side to get to the right temp. (its not a hot water issue, have direct) in the past 6 months the issue has been having it on hot to drain out the cold water sitting in idle pipes, and when I move it to the right to get cooler it does not. I will have to move the handle all the way over to cold and swing it back to hot once cold water is allowed back in pipe. In the past week this has gotten worse as it is not allowing a mix of the hot and cold much. after I swing it to cold only cold comes out until I get to full hot. At that time ONLY hot water comes out, so I swing back to cold or push in to stop the water and bring it back on. In my last 2 showers it has taken me several minutes to get the right temp after the hot water is coming out.I live in the city and do not have hard water so doubt it is much calcium build up but would not surprise me if there is a little.

Its finally installed but it was a haul. Because of the fittings, you have to be careful to not install these to deeply. The second plumber we used, knew and set them correctly, but made our drywallers job much harder.That says, it looks great now installed
