Disappointing Fit
This helmet has a great look, with the matte black and purple butterfly. Unfortunately the fit was not comfortable for me. It felt tight on my forehead. The strap to secure the helmet under my chin was excessively long, which I found odd. I was disappointed that this super cute looking helmet didn't work well for me. I have two other helmets in size small that fit very comfortably, so I wasn't willing to accept an uncomfortable fit with this one.

Damaged and need to jump through hoops to return.
The product was completely wrong. It was missing the inside of the helmet as shown in the picture. Poorly made. One of those processes you have to contact the seller to return. But can't even attach photos. Not a good feeling. I hope I can return this junk and get my cash back!
