These last bags seemed older.
I've loved buying this bird food for our cockatiels from Amazon this last year or so, but these last 2-bags I purchased, seem to produce little flutter flies from the seeds ??? I noticed a couple of years ago when purchasing this same food at Big Lots, I had this same issue, so I stopped getting Big Lots supply and changed to Amazon. My first few bags seemed great, meaning no flutter flies, but not so much anymore. Our birds love this food, and I will try one more bag, but if this issue continues I will find another supplier of this particular brand.

Good value for the Money
Amazon recommended this bird food, promoting the much lower price from another similar brand that I'd been using Upon opening the bag and filling my cockatiel's food cup, he immediately went to the cup and began to feed. My bird didn't hesitate as he had with the higher priced bird foods. Good value, a less expensive bird food that my bird really wants to eat. Can't complain about that.

My bird might be too picky
Great price for the size, my green cheek conure always eats constantly so he ate it of course however, he usually prefers more sunflower seeds and wasn't snacking as much as usual. This bag had small black ones which is fine, but for my bird I won't get this one again just because he prefers lots of big sunflower seeds. Great for parakeets and lovebirds I'm sure.

Great Product and Value !!
My birds love this so I switched to this brand lol They love it, Comes with a few flaws in the bags; ie- Rips, Crushed seed, or unable to use zipper. But amazing lol Value IS GREAT, It’s FRESH and my birds LOVE this 😇😍 I donated 5lbs to Fallen Feathers in Peoria, Az

Happy Bird
I switched my Cockatiel to this food when I realized that she only likes the seeds and not the little brightly colored "Biscut" pieces found in her old food. Hartz provided a much better value that my bird will actually eat!Pro: lots of seedsCon: comes in a flimsy plastic bag, would appreciate a jar.

Good value and good nutrition
I like the variety of foods in this one. my parrot doesn't like the bright red and green pellets and this has very few so that's good. also their seeds small enough that my parakeet can share the food and I don't have to buy two different foods every month.

Joy in a bag
The little guy goes crazy whenever we break out the Hartz food bag. Cockatiels dont need much but they sure do appreciate a fresh scoop of this seed mix. Ours especially likes it when we crack open the sunflower seeds and feed him by hand.
