AWESOME FOR UBUNTU 14.04!
OS: Ubuntu 14.04Windows Emulator: Wine 1.6Paired Program: Made With Mischief (free version)Pros: responsive, sensitive, cheap, travels well, effective for beginners and intermediate users.Cons: small size takes some getting used to.Overall this is a great little pad for your money. It's super responsive and you're able to adjust the sensitivity settings without any issues. I didn't need the software to get this to work on Ubuntu either, Linux has a built in Wacom option with this newer OS now. I sometimes forget to take the pen off the pad when I go to use my touch pad, and even though the pen isn't touching the tablet my cursor tweaks out, since it thinks it's going in two different directions. Which I think is awesome, because I remember when tablets were unresponsive bricks.I will admit my lines were a little squiggly looking, but that is NO FAULT OF THE TABLET. That was my ability/adjustment period. I don't like to work with the option to automatically tweak my lines to look perfect (I know I'm weird). So I had to relearn how to work with this number, which wasn't long, it was a few hours before I had it down.

Very reliable brand
I first used a drawing tablet at a past job some 5 to 7 years ago. I didn’t think anything of it except that I was able to do more minute details. More recently, my sister got a smaller one for cheap at Half-Priced Books. I decided to try using it because I was doing some map editing on OSM and the mouse just wasn’t cutting it. It was so nice to be able to do more minute details without having to deal with the on-screen mouse jumping around because the physical mouse was dirty. This tablet functions perfectly fine. The stylus is an active stylus / active pen (as opposed to passive) and the green tag on the side is meant to hold the stylus when not in use. I haven’t tried it extensively yet. But, I’m fairly confident in it anyways because of the brand. My dad used to do sports events going from town to town working on a broadcast truck. In the truck, they would have a graphics computer. The graphics guy would use a Wacom tablet because they could stand up to almost anything. As the truck would go from place to place, it would drive over a variety of roads (paved, rocky, dirt, etc.) and the Wacom would still work when it arrived at its destination. As such, I trust it in regards to it being a reliable brand. The only negative I have is the fact that it uses micro-USB. I just don't care for micro-USB. I have mini-USB cables that are over 7 years old and still work. I have to buy new micro-USB cables every 6 to 12 months.

Great tablet
I only use the tablet for osu! and it works great. Looks great and pen feels nice. No noticable problems with performance. Only concern is lack of support for drivers. The wacom drivers I downloaded right off the website did not work with my tablet (I have heard wacom stopped supporting this tablet) so I had to use the disk drivers. I just hope I don't loose the CD if I ever get a new PC

This is perfect for me and just what I wanted
This is perfect for me and just what I wanted. I teach and needed a way to write clearly and keep notes without the clumsy of the mouse. I also needed it to use with various software. OneNote in particular. I am on a Mac that runs Parallels. The pen translates even better on the PC side. If you are going to get it, the best thing I can say is get put up the mouse and the trackpad. Within a few hours you will get the hang of it. I was NOT looking for a tool to draw, I was looking for a tool to write. This is perfect. It leaves a small footprint on my desk. I love it. Well worth the money for handwriting recognition and note taking.

I love it!
Sorry about the late feedback about this! On with the details! My product knowledge of tablets is very limited as I just recently picked up my first one (which just so happened to be this one) but I can tell you what I know and honestly say that this met my doodling/artsy needs perfectly. For starters, the product arrived on time and the tablet came in pristine shape. It did not take long to get it installed and it was ready for use essentially right away. Of course, you'll have to adjust the settings to whatever suits you best. This isn't hard however, as the program to get it set up is very friendly and easy to understand. While I was intimidated at first, I feel as if I quickly got the hang of how to use it as well as how to draw on it.As for minor details, my resolution is 1920x1080p and even though the tablet is a bit small I would say that it works just fine with it. The current program I have been using is GIMP, though I do plan to upgrade to something better and I will post feedback if I feel anything has changed.

Great product, broke too soon
Drawing with this product is wonderful, amazing, and more accurate than using a mouse. However, the part that connects to the usb cord got loose and the tablet turns on and off, making it unusable. I really liked it, too. I'm trying to find a place to repair it, if possible. I don't really want to buy another just to have it break, too. Too bad because it made my life as ab artist much easier.
