Fair warning, this rug arrived in somewhat dirty packaging. I would open it outside if possible, as I was covered in dust from the many, many layers of plastic. Other than that, the rug itself is gorgeous and was clean, all things considered. It warms up my apartment beautifully, and looks just like its mpre expensive counterparts. Unlike other affordable rugs, the braids are tight and uniform, and there is no visible stitching. It's also incredibly easy to clean (pet hair won't even stick to it), and will last you ages. Bonus, my cat loved it.

The media could not be loaded.  I just received my 4' round he rug, and I was a little bummed out. It's cute and a really good thickness, but there are some issues. First, it comes with stickers placed directly on the rug, I added a video of how obnoxious it is getting them off. There is also a very noticable smell, that at first I attributed to bring "natural" but I'm 90% sure it's some kind of pesticide. I'm uncomfortable walking barefoot in it, because I'm pretty sure it was heavily soaked in whatever was sprayed on it. Lastly, the texture (while not scratchy) is gritty, and visibly not clean at all. I found lots of twigs and what I'm really hoping is a clump of dirt. It all just paints a pretty grim picture of how these were manufactured. However, if you are not deterred by any of those things then I did add pictures; one I edited to look more like it does in person, one of the "dirt" clump, and one white color samples so you can better visualize how this would look in your home. If your super picky like I am then you'll find that helpful :) one thing I was kind of impressed by (other than the thickness) is how easily it laid down flat, just be mindful of doors near where you want to place it, it is too thick to open most doors over it.

We found a FISHING HOOK embedded in our area rug. New rug, and we DO NOT fish nor do we have fishing stuff at our house. Found it by my foot getting deeply jabbed and getting bloody. Based on the fabric tied to the hook, it seems that they used the hook in the manufacturing process (perhaps as a grip point as they weave the rug?). Now I'm off to get a tetanus shot.

I absolutely love this rug! I wanted a farmhouse look and so I ordered this rug for my dining area. I am pleased that it is softer than I imagined it would be. I thought it would be course and itchy, but it's not! Love love love it! I got the 6 ft round rug which will eventually sit under my new dining table. It has been down for 2 days now and the rug has almost completely relaxed too, which none of my other rugs have done so quickly.

Great rug.I read reviews, and was a bit leery of ordering this rug. For the price, I gave it a shot anyway.It's soft. Not shag rug soft, but I don't compare apples to oranges. It's comfortable to walk on barefoot.It lays flat, eventually. People complaining that something that's been rolled up tight for any period of time doesn't lay perfectly flat instantly are just searching for things to complain about.The smell is faint. It's made of natural materials and smells faintly like cut grass. It's going to. ANYTHING new is going to have a smell. I guess those complaining about the smell would prefer the plastic, artificial smell of other rugs, and should seek psychiatric help.

I got the 6' round rug on Prime Day for $76, Total bargain! I'm very pleased with the quality. This rug would be at least double any where else. I'm so glad I purchased it.

Love it!!! We ordered the 8' round and it worked out perfectly. It's soft with variations of natural tones that have added interest and texture to our space. It doesnt smell and its not dirty:) Those were reasons why I skipped on buying other types of natural fiber rugs. Thanks!!

Was not pure white like in the picture...it arrived looking shiny like plastic possibly some nylon or polyester fiber. It also has a bunch of stains and brown spots and looks very cheaply made. The stiching is a mess and there's loose ends popping out. Plus they put some really sticky adhesive care instructions on the rug which was a pain to take off. I really regret the purchase and would not recommend this brand. I'm alt qfy in the process of trying to return it. I think this business is scamming buyers through false advertisement of their product. It was made in India probably in some unsavory factory and that makes me regret the purchase even more. DO NOT BUY!

The product itself was fine. Clean mat. Well made. Lighter in color then I thought. As an orange tinge to the color of the natural rug. However, the seller itself was the major problem. This was the worst experience I have had on Amazon to date. Upon receiving my mat, I realized it didn't match my furniture and wanted to return it. What I thought was a simple process which I'm used to doing on amazon, turned out to be an over 5-week battle with both amazon and the seller. I didnt even realize I would have to deal directly with a seller based in India. The seller advised me to send them a picture of the mat. I had already repacked it so annoyingly, I had to open it again take the picture and send it (at the time not knowing why). Their idea was to ship it to a more local place when another person ordered it. Good, I thought. This will save me and them on shipping, win-win. It took weeks before this new shipping address could be sorted and sent to me and I was worried to go over my return date due to a seller issue. This should NOT have been put on me. But I waited. The seller gave me a courtesy of 10£ and wouldn't refund me the carpet price until it arrived at the new destination. So, ultimately I was counting on faith to receive my refund. But I sent it with tracking so it was to arrive next day. It tool weeks for the seller to refund me the full amount of the rug. In top of that, I advised them I had spent over 26£ on shipping and they refused to acknowledge this. It took another 3 weeks or so to get my refund and that was after multiple (around 4 or 5) calls to amazon to ask for my refund. Amazon itself was just as useless as the seller. They referred me back to the third party seller several times who couldn't form full sentences in their response. Extremely poor service on both parties. The third seller arrangement is extremely poor and almost made me boycott this platform because of how frustrating it was. I would give 0 stars for both the seller and Amazons customer service on 3rd party returns. Beware to buy from 3rd parties where Amazon seems to think it is ok to send us in circles just to get a simple refund.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! DELIVERED IN BIZARRE PACKAGING AND ALREADY DUSTY. QUALITY OF WEAVE WAS VERY TERRIBLE. LIKELY MANUFACTURED UNDER POOR CONDITIONS. I BELIEVE TO HAVE RECEIVED BED BUGS FROM THIS PRODUCT. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANY PRODUCTS MADE BY THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE!

So unhappy with rug...wrinkles up when any movement on it.... it is not thick enough.It currently looks like picture the whole time... wanted to return rug but they could see nothing wrong with it and if I wanted to return I had to pay postage to India... This will be my last Amazon purchase...

After opening this item, my hands were covered in dirt/grime. (and every time after touching it)Then upon removing from the packaging and opening my floor was also covered in dirt.There's consistent chunks of black dirt woven into the fibers.The Raw materials in some areas are visibly dirt with merky grey/black staining (presuming from the fiber soaking in dirty water during the construction).The item stank of dirt and mold even after airing.After contacting the seller, in broken phrases, told there's nothing wrong with it as that's just what natural jute looks like and to google it. (completely ignoring the points about the dirt and smell). So i don't know what dirt looks and smells like? and the dirt on the floor isn't there?I had to do a very obvious break-down to show them otherwise using 'google searched' images as they said. I even took picture of the Dirt and Fibers that fell from it after tapping it on the floor a few times (i swept the floor first to see the full impact). Just to be very obvious.As can be seen in the images, The version on the left have slightly tonal variations which is natural in the product, on the right is that plus black dirt clumps, Dirty sections/strands etc, non of which are present on the left side (google and their images).Pretty angry with this. Wouldn't have minded if they were understanding and attempted to resolve the issue. Instead they just condescended me by telling me to google it multiple times.

This rug is a lovely handmade product and we have no complaints about the quality though we just got it this morning. However, the carpet is definitely more orange than the neutral colour shown in the pictures. Photography can do this I understand, but in the description this is not mentioned. Because it is more orangey the stripes are more pronounced. Even my attached photo doesn't make it as orange as it really is. I read somewhere if you are not happy you have to pay yourself to send it back to India. So I imagine people will just have to settle. As I said it's a lovely rug, but the colour is not accurate so be prepared.
