My thoughts
This measurement tape is still holding me down after a year of use, I dig graves for a living, so I needed a “tape” that was accurate, and water proof I got it with this one, it’s all those things along with being tuff from swimming in the mud with me inside those holes making sure the length and width is correct.

Disappointed
I purchased this tape for it was advertised as a strong tape, I put it out to see how far I could let it out before it would give in and bend. 1st time was only 6.5' then the second time it went out to 7' 11" and it bent again. Definitely was disappointed. Then I knew that you always use 1 tape to use throughout a project, but it definitely measured 1/16 of a inch. My compound miter station is spot on. I cut a 22" piece of wood on my station, then measured with my Milwaukee 16' tape and it was spot on, then used this tape an it was off 1/16th of an inch. So I wished I didn't wait until I did this testing. For now I can not send it back.

I thought it would be great. But it has to much information for me

So far so great!
I work at a metal manufacturing yard(receiving dept.) my days start at 3 or 5 a.m. when it is still dark.I needed a tape that I can see with little light. That being stated,I purchased this tape because it is white with black numbers and so far it has not disappoint ed. I have dropped it a few times,no problems so far. I also use it on metals that can be oily or rusty. When making contact with rust or dirt it tends to be a bit slow to retract but I found that by simply retracting the blade while wiping it with a damp cloth, it will go back to normal. So far ,I love this tape and I use it a MINIMUM of 10 times a day in very dirty conditions. Highly recommend. The standard Stanley tape measure issued to me lasted about 3 months and it was in pretty bad condition when I replaced it with this tape.

Incredible Stand off.
I am building a pole barn mostly by myself and was having a hard time getting the some of the long measurements. I needed a tape that would reach long distances without kinking. I researched on line and the one that rated the best was $45.00. The other was the Stanley Fat Max. I have had the Fat Max and wanted something better. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I have been consistently reaching out 12 to 14 feet to get my measurements with a light coastal breeze. I did pull a idiot move and drop it after less than a week of use. It dropped 16 feet on to a rock surface an still works great.

Good backup
This can be a good backup measuring tape. The description says the tape itself is thicker but in reality it is not. If you want thick get one of the pro tapes out there. If using around the house you will be fine

Great if you don't wanna use the lock...
As you can see in the images, when you lock (black slide lock) the tape it causes the tape angle up, the quick stop button works fine though. So as long as you hate using the locking feature of a tape measure, then this would work fine. The little rubber strap just gets in the way, will probably just cut that off.It is nice having imperial/standard/american and metric on the reverse. But the issue with the locking mechanism means this will probably just be a backup tape measure that I'll probably not use that often.

What’s the most important part of a tape measure?
What’s the most important part of the tape measure? Some might say the case due to extreme usage, but for me it’s seeing the numbers. As you age your eyes develop spots and squiggly lines which is detrimental when reading a tape measure, especially if you don’t know you’re developing cataracts. My husband lost his vision, but is still active and requires someone to read the tape for him. I’m not proficient at all the fractions, which are vital in certain applications. The Dayou Nylon Tape was one of the few that actually provided a enlarged photo of the numbers. I provided photos of front, back and sides to compare it to yellow taped, there is more glare on the yellow tape on its side. The numbers are larger and black. It’s was very important feature that made the sale. Every other feature is as described, but the numbers, tape glare and large numbers was a deal breaker. Thanks Dayou, one misread of a fraction can be costly.

Great if you’re American or a fencer
Imperial measurements are on the main side of the tape. Metric is on the back which is annoying. The tape is really nice though. Nice and easy to read and I feel I can fill this with crap all day long and it’ll keep going. Would have been 5 stars if it had been more adapted to my region.

A very good measure indeed
I really like this measure. The numbers are really easy to read with feet and inches on one side and centimetres and metres on the other. The tape is very well coated and I'd guess would be very hard to scratch, it is also sturdy and will hold out horizontally (or indeed vertically) without bending and being a nuisance when trying to measure in (say) a void - this is only up to a certain length. In the week or two that I've had it, I've used it a good number of times and have absolutely no complaints.

Good robust tape measure
Nice large display on the tape. Only problem is that the predominant scale is imperial with metric on the reverse!

Metric is undertape royal is on top of the tape
Good quality, but I expect metric on the top and royal on the bottom of the tape. Still can be useful, but there have to be little effort made.
