I like the cat on the front the book, felt solid and the pages were strong.But as you flicked through it, the pages about 15 of them were dented and raised which would not be good for painting on.So very disappointed, the outside packaging was not damaged so this is obviously a manufacturer flaw. Too much hassle to send back, so this book is not as described and not in perfect condition, its a shame realy as could of been a nice book to paint in, inside where it counts.

After not painting a thing since school, I joined an art class shortly after turning 40. The tutor recommended a sketchbook over 150gsm as we’d be drawing and watercolour painting. I couldn’t resist this cat design over the more boring sketchbooks available 🤣 it’s fab, the paper barely crinkles when paint is applied, even wet on wet painting, and it soon flattens again once dry. I’ve even cut out and framed a couple! 🖼

I didn’t read the description properly so didn’t realise it was recycled paper, which is obviously my own fault, but the paper is very rough and coarse and no good for detailed sketching.

We settled on this for our daughter as she has been doing more and more sketching and art during the lockdowns.Perfect for what she was looking for. She has been really happy with it since it arrived. Great service all round. Highly recommend.

Great book, sheets are nice and thick. I use very heavy alcohol based markers on them and they do bleed a little but it's to be expected. Very good for pencil drawings and fineliner drawings too! Loving it 😁

Great, thick, high quality paper - bought for my 4 year old son to draw in without the pen leaking through to the other pages. We’ve used glitter pens and all sorts on it. Would make an equally lovely adult sketch book / journal. Spiral bound is great too.
