This product feels like a miracle! I got hit with terrible perimenopause last December...super heavy period, again in January, like enough to send me to the doctor. They did an ultrasound and discovered I had a super thick uterine lining, got hit with such a heavy period, it felt like I was bleeding to death. The doctor prescribed me the synthetic progestin, I googled it and EVERYONE hated it and wished they had never started taking it. So I didn't. I looked into natural progesterone cream and gave this one a shot. I used it twice a day, just before bed and after my morning shower. First thing I noticed is that I was sleeping like a rock. Out like a light and heavy sleep until my morning alarm. The next thing I noticed two weeks in is that I had not had a headache for two weeks. I had frequent headaches, a few a week. I am only giving this four stars because I had some side effects from it that I didn't like, but I do believe that it's a good product and it has many positive reviews. For me though, I noticed that some of the reviews mentioned weight gain and that was a huge concern. So I took a chance anyway but in perimenopause it's already really hard to lose weight and I noticed that this cream made me really bloated which freaked me out. And my chest was very sore. But it did help with sleep and increased libido a little bit so those were nice. I won't take anymore though for the fear of gaining weight!

Best stuff out there, recommended by my naturopathic doctor for post-menopausal hormone issues. I was estrogen dominant even in post-menopause, and this apparently helps flush out the excess. Go to their website and read about what it does and how; fascinating! Be well, ladies.

Bought this to try to alleviate some of my horrible perimenopause symptoms. I’ve noticed that the PMS mood swings/rage that I’ve been starting to experience are significantly reduced now that I’m using this. My husband and kids have noticed that I am a lot less “crabby” when I use it during my luteal phase too. That alone is worth a 5 star review for me!
