It was fiddly to get done but I managed it in the end and it is a great result. Quite happy with this. I have now ordered a 2nd to do the spare key.Some points to note:- Make sure you get the right one, check with your existing one as there are some subtly different fobs.- Taking the old key apart can be a bit tough, well mine was, but it came apart in the end.- Take care when splitting the key fobs and bits come out, and you need them- YOU NEED TO SWAP THE KEY PART AND NEED A 1/16" PUNCH TO DO THAT (ore similar)- My key part did not line up exact with the hole for the pin, a hacksaw blade let me widen the slot on the lay part just enough to make it fit- When fitting the new fob together you will have to assemble the key bits and spring, and wind it up to create tension, this can be fiddle to do that and then fit the fob back together

Works just gotta swap the blade over and the electrics not hard just knock the little pin out of the side of the blade. Quality is ok but expect to replace every 6-8 months

Flow the instructions cost in shop to do£25. Bought on Amazon for a 1/4 of the price and it works perfectly. Strongly recommend. Tools needed sharp knife to open the case and that’s it. Unreal and cheap as chips. Easy to replace ease of opening and closing and works.

Looked at you tube how to see how to put it all together, this proved a straightforward option and all worked well for a time, then the case started to open, managed to close , a worry if breaks when you are out and about.....

Casing isn't good, falls apart easily, and when exchanging the old components into it, the buttons didn't reach the chip. Would rate it no stars, but can't. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for

Good and cheap replacement

The product quality 10/10My problem was my circuit board, although correctly assessed for this fob, the fob wouldn't close properly, (perhaps my circuit board was slightly bigger than norm). Now I said about this and was refunded instantly. So I would 100% recommend this seller and this key fob case.

The item itself appears to be quite good. BUT as it came without instruction I assumed I could take my existing Key to pieces and reverse engineer it into the new case and frame. However Vauxhall glued the original key together and it took me several hours to cut out the working parts and I couldn't then work out to reassemble the flip part of the key. Took several hours to get acceptable operation. A set of simple instruction would have saved a lot of problems. I am a qualified and experienced engineer, can only imagine how many less skilled people have just chucked it away.
