How do you download this Kindle book?
I have ordered many Kindle books from Amazon with no problems. With this book, "read now" from the drop-down menu did not appear. I do not know how to get to the book to appear - so I requested a refund.

Terrible accessibility
The UI of Kindle on mac and PC is unusable. The product can't even be returned after purchasing. Unusable ebook.
