We lost my Dad and brother and my 95 year old Mum kept saying how she ādidnāt like theses empty chairsā. I found this item and the poem could have been written just for her. Mum was absolutely thrilled with this gift, albeit it made her so emotional. Recently, she dropped it and lost one of the pieces and she was devastated. This company sent a replacement part and she is overjoyed. This is such a kind, considerate company with excellent customer service skills, a rarity these days sadly.

This was such an amazing product to give my nan who she spent 24/7 with. She loved it my grandad was the name I put with his birthday and his death date and it brought a tear to both me and my nan. She absolutely loved it and so did I. The quality was amazing thank you

The verse is so touching, the setting is nice, you can write the name on the chairs and then underneath you can either put the dates of birth or something else, " I personally wrote on the chair that had my dads name - heartbroken , and my step moms name - now an angel .
