Impressed
Pleasantly surprised that this stuff works! Long history of cystic acne even after several rounds of accutaneโstill with occasional bumps in my early 60โs. First one worked, but I didnโt want to evaluate in case it was a fluke. Second time it also workedโeven on a deeper cyst it formed a head by morning. Have used it twice more and it worked both times. After 4 patches Iโm convinced that it actually works, so I would recommend it for problem cystsโa little pricey to use it for every blemish, but if you have a stubborn one and a special occasion coming up itโs worth using as a silver bullet. ๐

Actually Works on Deep, Painful Pimples โ Worth the Hype
I was a little skeptical at first because Iโve tried so many pimple patches that just sat on my skin and didnโt do much. But these actually work โ and fast. The microdarts are the real game changer. You can feel a slight tingle when you first put it on, which I personally take as a good sign that it's doing something. I use them on those painful, under-the-skin zits that you can feel brewing before they even surface. I pop one of these on at night and by morning the bump is either completely gone or significantly reduced. It doesnโt dry out my skin either, probably thanks to the hyaluronic acid. They stay on really well through the night and donโt peel off like other patches Iโve tried. The price is a little high for only 20 patches, but honestly, I don't need to use them constantly. I save them for those annoying emergencies โ the big, angry pimples that show up at the worst times โ and theyโve never let me down. If you deal with those deep, hormonal breakouts or stubborn early-stage pimples, these are worth trying.

Better than all the other pimple stickers
Overview: I get one giant cystic pimple every year/couple of years, and usually I would try to pop it for several weeks, but then realize it's destroying my skin, and eventually go to the dermatologist for a cortisone shot if I needed to go anywhere. A cortisone shot is around $40 where I live, but the hassle of making an appointment/going to the doctor's office was very off-putting for me. Sometimes I cannot get an appointment for several weeks, which renders the shot useless at that point. I decided to try this because the advertising seemed promising, and the technology seems unique. I had hopes that my pimple (already been developing for 2 weeks) would come to a head at the surface after 1-2 uses--which is what the advertising sort of suggests. Unfortunately, my pimple never came to a head, but the swelling reduced significantly after 3 uses. After the 4th use, it's become pretty flat and manageable, and I'm really glad I didn't pop the pimple. So overall, within a week, my giant nodule has become just a tiny blemish. However: That would all be fine except, this box costs almost the same price as a cortisone shot, which delivers immediate and much more effective results. My pimple, after using 5 sets of these stickers (cleanser+sticker) is still there and has not come to a head even though it is much smaller and ignorable. One box only contains 8 stickers, so basically this whole box, and a week of time was dedicated to fighting this one pimple. If given the choice between a cortisone shot and this sticker, I would 100% pick the cortisone shot. Final thoughts: Even though the stickers have their drawbacks, I believe these are the ONLY stickers on the market that actually work for the types of pimples I would put a sticker on for. If you're the type of person who struggles with constant cystic acne...this is probably not the best option for you, but for those who just once in a while gets a horrible cystic blind pimple and needs it to go away, this is the ONLY sticker that I've tried that actually works. None of the other surface stickers do anything to address these blind pimples. Additionally, the Company;'s advertising suggests that the most effective time to use these stickers is in the early stages of the pimple's development. I used this product kind of late in the timeline. I plan to buy another box to keep on hand and to slap on at the first moment of my next blind pimple. I believe then the sticker would achieve its full potential. Overall, happy with the product, would buy again, but definitely not as effective as a cortisone shot which costs around the same price.

Bye bye pimples!
I was SUPER skeptical about these because, let's be honest, anything promising to clear up pimples seems like a scam. But I finally decided to just give these a try. To be clear- I don't have bad acne and don't get horrible breakouts. I only get a few pimples a month (usually due to stress or hormones). But those few pimples are usually the kind that get big quick and stick around for a few days. So it was worth it to me to try something that might shorten their life! The first pimple I tried it on was on my chin (I get this one every month and it's always a pain to get rid of). I think I waited a day too long to give the patches a try and the zit was getting deep and red! I put a patch on and the next morning, it seemed to calm down a bit but not as much as I was hoping. So I did it again the next night with the same result the next morning. I finally decided this pimple was a lost cause and let nature take its course. I will say that this pimple didn't stick around for as long as it usually does and didn't become as big a problem as usual. The other day I woke up and noticed a pimple forming on my forehead, but I was heading to work and couldn't do much about it and just prayed it'd lay low until I got home that evening. When I got home, I immediately applied a patch because I could see the spot getting redder and bigger. SEVEN HOURS LATER, I decided to remove the patch before bed just to see if it worked because I could under the patch that the swelling had gone done considerably. When I removed the patch, I was shocked! It was all gone. The next morning I was worried it would return- but nothing!! It was like nothing had ever been there. So I think that's the trick for me- as soon as I see a bad pimple coming up, I need to apply a patch asap. These little guys really work and I recommend them- whether you want to get rid of a pimple instantly or shorten its time on your face. These are worth it and I'm impressed! I will definitely order more and keep these handy when I travel!

This works great!!
I saw an ad for these patches on Facebook after searching for patches that work best for deep cystic acne. I've been having massive breakouts with the stress of being laid off, and had one show up that inflamed very far off my face, right above my eyebrow, was buried deep, and hurt so much that it gave me headaches. I bought these and the goo gone patches as a bundle. I used the Killa ones first; to get medicine deep into the zit. Once it had flattened out (and was a little more accessible to be stuck to for a few hours), I switched to the goo getter ones. Within a few days, it completely flattened my very first and very deep hurtful cystic zit. Definitely would buy these again!! They work, if used as the directions specify! I wouldn't wear these out in public; they are quite noticible, especially the goo getter ones, but they work!

Worked okay, may have been applied too late.
These patches are okay. They're the first brand I've used with microneedles, and I chose them for their good reviews. I will say by the time they arrived I hav had a cystic pimple for about 3 days, so it wasn't exactly "early stage" like it says on the box. Still, using 2 if these in 2 hour intervals did seem to help the inflammation. The change wasn't significant, but it was enough to help me stay focused at work instead of picking or touching my face. Note that my pimple never came to a head, and I did end up pikcing it eventually and then treating it with another brand of patch (Rael, sans needle). These seemed to speed the healing process much faster, but it may also just be my impatience. One thing to note: there is a bit of pain, or rather pricking that can be felt when applying these patches. It's very breif, but there. The needles are a lot more noticeable than I expected (when looking at the oatch before application), but I couldn't feel them after the patch was in place. I had to use 2 patches on my zit, but wish I could have made it longer with just one. I did find that the adhesive was a bit disappointing (these were on my chin) and wouldn't stay put for longer than 2 hours at a time. This was enough time for the needles to dissolve at least, but I would have liked to have worn one overnight. With the way they were sticking, that doesn't seem possible. Note that my face was clean and dry (no moisturizer or product) at the time of fpplication, and yes, I did use the cleansing pad and follow the instructions. Maybe I moved too much or my skin was oily, but these didn't seem to hold as well as other brands I've tried (Hero, Peaches, CORSX). Overall, I'm not displeased necessarily, but for the cost I would have liked these to perform a little better. Namely, longer wear, and more per package. Otherwise, they worked okay.

Good to use
Works great, little needles keep pressure to help any irritating visitors go away. Can keep it on and you can't really tell you're wearing it.

Overpriced, Includes Only 8
This listing is very misleading. It seems as though they deliberately conceal the number of patches included in the packet, which is only 8 for the price of $29. They have a picture that says "24 microdarts", and it's not really clear what that's referring to--it's not the number of patches in the box, and it's not the number of darts on each patch either as far as I can tell. Further, next to the price, the listing indicates that it's ($1.81/count). Again, this is very misleading, as it should be $3.63/count. I believe what they are doing is including the 8 wipes in the packet, for a total "count" of 16--but obviously, you're buying these for the patches, not the tiny bit of toner that comes on the mini swabs. So my rating comes primarily from the fact that the listing seems to be purposely misleading the consumer with respect to the price. How about their effectiveness? Yes, they do help zits, but so far their efficacy doesn't seem to be any better than the generic brands on Amazon that are much, much cheaper. It seems that all your extra money goes toward the branding here, not toward a product that works any better. I have no problem paying for high quality skincare products that do a good job in resolving the issues they're targeting. In this case, however, I'd recommend just going with the generic versions. And I suggest that the brand be more upfront in their listing regarding what is included in the package you're paying for.

Disappointing - Didn't really do much
I bought these hoping they would solve my problems of deep, under the surface pimples, reduce their size and stop the pain, but I found they didn't really do much. After having them on over night, they were still painful, slightly less inflamed but still as stubborn as ever. Nothing changed in my skin after using them for a few weeks which was quite disappointing. Felt as though I was paying for the packaging rather than the product tbh. There are many other better and more affordable options that I find to be more effective.

Waste of money
Made no difference. Way too expensive for 4 patches only and way to big for my pimples or for any pimple ever!

Love them!
If I could give these spot patches a million stars I would. They suck every tiny little bit of crap out of your spot, whilst injecting skincare into the spot with the microneedles. The only downside is that they are so damn expensive.

Works well but expensive for only 4 patches
Doesn't actually get rid of the pimple, but does help to make it look flatter and less noticeable. I doubt I'd be buying this again though, since it costs so much for only 4 patches. Great for emergencies, but not cost effective to use regularly.

Received incorrect nr of patches
The product in description says 8 patches. I received a box of only 4 patches, not 8.
