isilila Weighted Blanket 60" 80" 20lbs

Everything is as I expected. I wanted to see how warm it was. Too warm for right now in California. Hopefully I’ll enjoy it as the weather cools. If I get another I might try a lighter weight. I got the 20 pound.

First of all I should point out that I have 2 weighted blankets already and am very familiar with their use (I love them) so when I got this one I for my son's bed I thought it would help him sleep (he is an adult on a long term visit with sleep problems). I started using a weighted blanket on my bed a couple of years ago and it was wonderful, it makes me sleep deeper and wake up more rested but unlike some others I have to say that here in Alabama the heat does not allow me to use it during the heat of the summer but in the Winter is allows us to keep our home and especially our bedroom much cooler (meaning it saves me a decent amount on my heating bill) and we sleep great.So one of the first things I always look for is to see how the inner blanket is attached to the cover, if done poorly it will all end up the the bottom of the cover and at the foot of your bed, this tie downs are strong and plentiful in the cover which is made of a very soft material that looks like it would not stain very easily. The other thing is to make sure the inner and outer cover are strong since depending on how you pick it up you can put some stress on individual seams but this blanket/cover show no sighs of poor workmanship nor any feeling that it might tear if handled a bit roughly (very important). The other thing many people never think of is that the cover cannot be too smooth or you will be finding it in the floor or sliding off the foot of your bed a lot, no worries here on that problem, the cover material has enough friction it will move with you but not slide off the side or bottom.The quilting pattern is a major requirement because the smaller the squares the easier it makes the blanket to handle and puts less stress on individual seams which also speaks to the quality of this blanket.NOTE: Make sure you keep the storage case stored since if you are like me you will store it for some part of the year and this is a sturdy storage/carrying case for this blanket, again speaks to the quality of the product since I believe that cheap product are usually packaged cheaply, not a problem here. (the reason since there are plenty of picture of the blanket posted, the quality carrying case is an important part of this system.)Bottom Line: A top quality item, something I personally love and helps me sleep so I have to say this is easy a 5 Star blanket and will serve whatever purpose you purchase it to fulfill from kids with anxiety to adults that just want to get a more restful nights sleep.

This is so so soft and comfy. Love it. Ties stay tied and it's easy to put on weighted blanket.

This is so soft. I love it. Only thing is I really hot at night, but I don’t want to remove it. So I just cut a fan on 🙂

I only went down to 4 stars because the ties on the inside (to hold the weighted blanket in place) are not securely attached to the blanket (just a single seam)... they will rip off at the seams before too long, I am sure. Other than that, this cover is perfect and my 12 year old loves it.

I never thought about getting a weighted blanket before, but decided I wanted try it out. I am so happy I did. It's warm, soft, and a perfect gift to give someone or even to yourself. I've slept comfortably and felt refreshed the next day. I awesome gift for myself. Now I'm thinking of giving one as a gift to a friend. Not mention I the price was right too.

1st. Night and I already want another one. My son would love it. He needs this too. I like that weight is evenly distributed. It is easy to fold if you want it at the foot of your bed or waiting there for you when you need it. It is also a comfort to your body. Like being tucked in, like a baby. Ready for some Zzzzz.

This is a super nice and super cozy blanket cover. I love that there are straps inside to help hold the blanket in place. If you have a weighted blanket a cover is a must!! These make your blankets even more comfortable. The quality of this cover is well made too. To me the cover also helps keep the blanket cool. I also love the dots on the one side... it’s soothing to run my hands across them when I’m stressed!! Great price and fast shipping.
