Well THIS IS A LIFE CHANGER, I've always had problems sleeping especially trying to get to sleep it used to take a good few hours to eventually fall asleep and I'm always fidgeting so I never felt like I've had a good sleep when I wake up in the morning. Since having this blanket I'm asleep within five minutes and I'm hardly fidgeting anymore and wake up feeling so much better more energy than normal as I'm getting a good nights sleep. Even my partner had noticed a difference and in not waking him up anymore during the night when I can't get to sleep.I really recommend this to anyone that has problems sleeping, not just sleeping but I sometimes use the blanket down stairs to watch tv at night, as it's a weighted blanket it feels so nice to be sat on the sofa and tucked in it makes me feel nice and safe... weird to say that but I think as its weighted its hugging you in.As you can see it's not just me that loves the weighted blanket my cat has taking a liking to it 🐾You can choose what weight you want the the blanket they recommend 10% of your body weight. I picked the 7kg and I think its perfect not to heavy and also not to light. I love how it's also a removable cover so its easier to wash, there is ties inside to attach the weight blanket so it doesn't move around.It also comes with Unique Reflexology Weighted Eye mask.So I definitely recommend this weight blanket

For the last 20 years I’ve had an erratic and unsatisfactory sleep pattern. Getting to sleep was difficult and then I used to wake up at least twice every night and it took me ages to get back to sleep. I saw an article on weighted blankets and decided it was worth a try so I did quite a bit of research and ended up going with the Tranquillow. Being fairly sceptical generally I didn’t have particularly high expectations. However, it has changed my sleep completely. I am now able to fall asleep quite easily and I stay asleep most nights until the morning alarm. On the few occasions when I have woken I just tuck the blanket back around my shoulders and am able to get back to sleep easily. This has been such a relief - I don’t get up tired any more and I look forward to going to bed, knowing I will actually have a decent night’s sleep. The soft cover is an added comfort and smoothing the textured side is definitely relaxing. The blanket has made such a positive difference that I take it with me when I stay away from home.

Wonderful. Very comfortable and plush. Great weight.I do prefer other brands though, in this one, the inside doesn't stay close to the cover well, because there aren't very many fasteners inside. I want to buy some velcro or something to keep it together. Also the beads fall to different ends... but overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I love love weighted blankets. And instantly slept better with this one, my anxiety and restless legs disappeared. Can't recommend weighted blankets enough.

Actually loved this but returned it as I got the weight wrong and it is really really heavy. Will buy it in the slightly less weight. The 9kg weight is very heavy but really wraps around you, i am usually not to weak but when I pulled the quilt and blanket aside so there was actually two layers of blanket it was almost impossible for me to lift. Very soft and comfy although I had it over my quilt and next one is meant to go under it

I was worried that I wouldn't like the weight on me, but in less than a week I noticed I was sleeping quicker and better. I've had sleeping problems my whole life so I was really surprised. I spent a week house-sitting for a relative and took it with me because I love it so much. Definitely don't worry about the weight, it is so comforting — I actually wish I had an even heavier one now! Also, it is so soft and it looks really nice.

I used this when I was really struggling with keeping healthy sleep patterns. The weightiness/coziness of the blanket helped me to sleep through the night, and I believe improved my sleep quality in general. I tend to reach for the blanket now in times of random sleeplessness.The eye mask and ear plugs have also been a game-changer - not sure I'll be able to sleep as peacefully without them!

I’ve used this blanket for the last few nights now, and I thoroughly recommend it! It’s incredibly comfortable, and has given me a much more restful sleep. I really liked the eye mask too!
