This is a perfect replacement bolt set for fixing a leaking oil filter housing on a 2010 BMW 328i. The original bolts were stretched and unusable. These are perfect.

These one time use replaceable aluminum bolts were a Perfect fit on a 2008 BMW X3 (E83) oil filter housing. As you may or may not know, Many of BMW's bolts are a one time use and they are aluminum and after they are tightened to their recommended specific torque they are not to be reused as they WILL SNAP! Words of wisdom: Don't test them when you are replacing the two gaskets on this housing; you will fail. Buy new bolts, plain and simple. Learn for other people's mistakes. I stripped the bolt closest to the fan. I have the correct socket, but it is just a hard bolt to break loose. Decided to just get the whole set instead of just one of the three.These are direct replacement,BMW parts. I absolutely despise the female torx bolts BMW uses.

I bought these to replace the "aluminum" bolts that are factory. They fit perfectly, and was unnecessary to replace since the stock bolts are in fact steel on my M235i, I decided to use them anyway. Perfect size for the N55 oil filter housing.
