Incredible model, very accurate. I enjoyed so much to build and paint them Dont have pilot figures, but all the model is very nice

Overall, I enjoyed building this model. I haven't assembled a model since I was a teenager. Like a lot of the reviewers, I experienced some challenges with the fit, confusing instructions, and difficulty gluing some of the parts. One thing I have not seen in the previous reviews is the mention of a flaw in the order of assembly. The second major step is the construction of the fuselage, and the instructions state to add a small weight to the inside of the nose for proper balance. You then seal the nose cavity with Part 3. Later, you attach the tail assembly. This is the point at which you learn what constitutes a small weight. The weight I added was too small, and I had to cut out Part 3 to add additional weight. I would recommend waiting to attach Part 3 until Section 7, after you complete the landing gear, at which point you can best determine the required weight. Perhaps experienced modelers have the foresight not to follow the instructions, but for less experienced people who follow the instructions, it's a serious flaw.

The catch is that you'll need a lot of extra weight in the front to make it balance on its wheels properly. It's not revells fault, it's a problem with the scale model not having a huge gun in the front! So I used epoxy resin and a handful of steel bolts.

This is a fantastic representation. My son has it hanging from the ceiling in his room. While he did a lot of LEGO builds as a child, he just started building model planes a few months ago. This A-10 is one of his favorites with just the right amount of challenge.

Positive(s): I found that the detail of various sections were very good. Instructions could have been better, but sufficient for the model. Negative(s): Fittings were not very good. I had to cut, fill, and sand many parts to get the best fit. A super negative was that the kit came with only one version - that is - landing gear down, ait brakes fully open, and cockpit glass had to be open. For that I am not impressed. In order to change it into a 'flying' mode would have taken several additional hours to complete. Probably would not purchase this brand again.

Easy to build but not to easy so it keeps things interesting. The box was in great shape so shipping did a great job at protecting the package. I like that this model has several munitions and ways to set up the aircraft. I do wish they would include the weight for the front of the plane for balance but nickels work fine too.
