Offers a bit more control and looks good.It’s not the most durable collar I’ve come across, but it’s not made of leather either. My pup wears it on the 2nd tightest notches right now. Plenty of room to grow into. It’s a good width for a larger, stronger breed, without being too wide. The Red is just as pictured and wears well against a black coat. Unbuckles easily. Having said that, a higher end leather collar would probably offer a more stable/secure buckle. This works great for a middle of the road collar to add to your collection. (Like shoes for people!) :-)

Needed something that was durable for my 170 pound Great Dane. It is holding up great!

We looked all over for a bright orange collar for our German Shepard. We loved the color of this one when we got it. It quickly faces though. It is very durable and comfortable for him but I would have liked it to stay a little brighter for longer. Definitely would recommend for larger dogs for durability though!

I ordered a large collar for my medium dog by mistake, then ordered the medium because she usually wears a medium. She is a pit-terrier mix so she looks like a mini pit bull 🥰 her neck is real thick for a medium dog and usually with a medium collar I lock it at the middle notch. This collar is huge! It does fit her, but it's on the smallest setting. She looks even smaller now with the long flap of extra collar flopping around. Despite the slight size issue, this collar is a beautiful color and super thick, strong, and cushy; all the things you need in a simple tactical collar 👍
