Super and unusual gift.
My son loved it. I was looking for something unusual and this filled the bill. He says now, maybe he will get to "read" some of the classics he never had time to do.

poor sound quality
I guess to save memory space, the MP3 files in this USB drive were saved in less fidelity format. As the result, the sound quality is often quite poor. I didn't listen to all the books yet, but among those books I tried, at least 50% can be considered as poor or very poor sound quality. I love these books, but am very disappointed at the sound quality. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Two Stars
Totally out of sync with novel chapter playback. Not worth the money spent.

100 Talking Classics
100 Talking Classics. Only minimal Information is provided with this so you have to be something of a bloodhound to sniff out details. Some titles listed are short stories or poems and there is one duplicate that I know of; “The Gift of the Magi” which is also included in O. Henry’s volume of short stories The Four Million. Included are eleven plays, nine of which have full casts. Plays are mostly Shakespeare, with one each by Oscar Wilde and Henrik Ibsen. The readers are both male and female with quality ranging from strange to excellent. Sometimes of these readers identify themselves and at other times they are a mystery. Outstanding, in my opinion, is the unidentified reader of Huckleberry Finn, one of the best titles in the collection, warts and all. Another excellent reader, this time credited, is Bob Newfeld, who seems to be a senior but nonetheless is a gifted storyteller who gradually captivates you as he reads. Among his reads are Conrad’s Heart of Darkness, some works by Arthur Conan Doyle, and some works by Jack London. Titles transfer easily to your device by right clicking the title on the “Data” file, if your device is connected to your computer. For a list of all titles I went to [...]. On balance I think these many hours of listening are not a bad deal for the price. I would not mind seeing a second, follow-up collection.

Classic books in one location
It is great having all these classic books in one location. It is a little difficult to download it to computer, with little instruction.
