the item work in a 120volts? like auto-voltage?

It works in 110v. We used in a cooking appliance in the US. My guess, and that's all that is, is that it would work in 120v. Note, make sure they send you the right part. We were shipped the 120 deg C unit when we first ordered.

will this work on Waring pro waffle maker, model wmk300?

I cannot speak for your particular appliance, but it worked great on my Emerill Lagasses Toaster Oven, which saved me $200. Simple fix, I also purchased the crimp barrels, no soldering required. :)
