NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL
These are the most difficult earbuds to pair and use. Trying to figure out what earbud to press and how long to press it for different functions is nearly impossible. Definately NOT user friendly. Will be returning.

A very nice wireless bluetooth earbuds for less money!
After leaving a negative review of these I must amend my post because after finding clear tape over the charging contacts in the case the earbuds charged and work well!

These ear buds are complete garbage.
I received one pair and the right bud would not completely charge. I would overnight charge it and while trying to pair, it would tell me the battery was low. The second pair wasn't much better. I would try pairing and it would say right side, left side pairing and then pairing. Not even 5 seconds later it would tell me disconnecting. I have paired dozens and dozens of Bluetooth items over the years and I have never had such problems.

Does not hold a charge
I will charge the ear buds for a day. But the left ear piece will loose its power after 10 minutes. Then the right ear will disconnect because the left one is not working. I spent several days charging and trying out the ear buds with the same results.

The instructions are not clear
We can't even get them to pair

Total garbage.
The first pair I received was broken trash; I exchange them for another set, also non-functioning trash.

Doesn't pair, these are junk from what I can tell!
