Fodor's Moscow & St. Petersburg (Travel Guide) Paperback – November 19, 2013

This guide is perfect for my upcoming trip. A good balance of things to see and do on all budgets.

Good info, directions, descriptions to everything/ everywhere just NO nice photos !

Excellent guide to go around and also the history and culture of the country.

Of all the Fodor's guides, which I love, this one was a little disappointing. I thought the book was disjointed on the kindle, and when I saw the paper version, it was the same! There was not enough detail about places like the Fortress of Sts. Peter and Paul, which has a very good military ceremony at noon which we just happened upon. Also there was not enough details about the Hermitage. Russia is so interesting - it deserves better coverage than provided here!

Well informed, interesting and easy to use.No idea how good it is compared to other mguides as the other guide - Lonely Planet - failed to arrive!!!!!!!!!!!

Well written and illustrated as are most of the guides from this source.

Outdated and of no use to me I was looking for good photos I returned and got the money back

Practical and easy to use.

Just back from a trip to Moscow & St Petersburg and the guide book was excellent and well used.

Served us well in Russia just the right amount of information

We are going to Moscow and St Petersburg and wanted a travel guide. This book covers both destinations in sufficient depth for a few days in each. It was also relatively uptodate when we bought it. BE WARNED it it orientated towards the US market and the advice it gives is very US centric and it advises things that someone not from the US just would not do!

Ideal if doing both ivies in the dame trip
