What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

I make eggs often, omeletts, deviled, scrambled, and it is easier to grab this bottle and shake in onion, dill, lemon peal, ginger, garlic, and chives from one jar instead of having to grab 6. It is a nice balance of the ingredients.

I jar my own dill pickles from scratch would this be a better addition than just dried dill weed spice?

I do not jar pickles so I really do not know the answer to your question but I do like this spice and use it a lot rather than to use plain dill weed in a lot of my seasoning for recipes. One thing I like about all of the Spice Hunter line is that there is no salt so that I can use the amount of salt that I like instead of paying for salt in the mixture that may not be the same amount that I use.
