Swanson Super Dha 500 from Calamari 30 Sgels

I haven't been taking them long so I can't really tell you if it works. But I must say the pills are so big that I freak out taking them. I swear I am going to choke on one. I've decided to go find a pill that is smaller to consume. These things are massive. 1/3 the length of my pinky. Yuck.

This is one of the few supplements that I have found that makes a noticeable difference after only a few days of use. I read about DHA having a beneficial effect on dopamine levels, and based on my subjective response, I would say this is probably true. Libido, energy, mood, and alertness have improved significantly. I take 3 or 4 of these capsules daily, so your mileage may vary depending on the dosage you choose. But at this price, you don't have to skimp on your dosage.
