NOW's MSM quality is not good. I bought a bottle of pure MSM from them and from Doctors' Best. Doctors Best past the high/pure quality test. NOW has fillers!

how big are these pills? I am looking for the small size like the move-free brand.

These are twice the size of the Move-Free Ultra. They measure 20mm X 8mm. Little less than 3/4 of an inch.

Does this contain the ingredients extracted from the Rooster comb ?

My research indicates that this product is not derived from rooster comb cartilage, but rather from a plant based derivative. The main ingredient in Now's HA is from Sodium Hyaluronate which is fermented from plants such as soy or corn. It therefore is not a animal based HA. However it is also better absorbed and is able to get to the human cartilage due to it ability to carry 1000 times its weight in water. I have been taking Osteo-bi-flex which has HA and MSM formulated in it. I was taking Now's HA in addition to Osteo-Bi-Flex but I can not state emphatically that is made a substantive difference, but I can state the Osteo-Bi-Flex did substantially make is difference in my knees. I am a 65 year old runner. Taking HA by itself probably will not make much difference without a more complex vitamin such as Osteo-Bi-Flex which has more additives that help joint health unless one has HA injected in the problem cartilage.
