Love this thing. FAST and EASY zucchini noodles. easy to clean.
This thing is brilliant! I use it all of the time and love it. My wife eats gluten free and loves zucchini = Zucchini noodles are awesome. This thing make it QUICK and EASY to make zucchini noodles. Otherwise, using a knife to do something like that would be a tedious and impossible task. I have used it many times and seems to be fairly easy to clean. If we go over someone else's house for 'pasta night', I just bring this thing along (it's small and light), with a couple zucchini and I can make some healthy noodles while I'm there. I have used it also on a few occasions to cut some vegetables into a salad (carrots) and it works well with that. When making zucchini noodles, here's how I do it: Heat a large skillet. Add some olive oil when it gets hot a minute or so later. Start spiralizing the zucchini directly into the pan! Stop and pull the zucchini up and out every couple / few turns so you have strings that are several inches long, instead of ones that go on forever. That makes the sauteeing easier. Keep going. Keep in mind that a bunch of water will cook out, so the volume will decrease and what looks like a lot in the pan after 'cutting' will cook down to not as much. When you're done, add some kosher salt and fresh pepper. Sautee for a few minutes. I use silicone coated tongs to toss and serve. Serve the 'noodles' under sauce, or whatever you want, just like pasta. My favorite is to use the noodles with some spicy tomato sauce, add some shrimp, and enjoy! Quick, easy and healthy! I have used this now many times for several months and it has held up very well. Just watch your fingers! As you are turning the vegetables and your fingers are getting close to the blade, be careful - the blade is very sharp! You may waste some of the tip of the vegetable, but not too much - I usually just cut the remaining tip part up with a knife and toss it in the pan/salad. GREAT device. An essential in my kitchen!

Really awesome product!
Let's talk about it, there are some mixed reviews on this product and I'd like to set the record straight with straight up facts and my experiences. I've shared with you guys some of the pictures I've taken after reviewing the zoodle chef. I am really pleased, and now I have some tips for those struggling with the design. So, I have an outstanding rule of thumb when zoodling with a zucchini, keep the little nub on and dont cut it off. This will reduce waste and eliminate the need for the spikey holder thing that comes with the device. You can make the zoodle as long as you want with the right technique. You can also cut them while zoodling reducing the use of multiple kitchen tools being used. After zoodling, get a bowl with paper towel and allow the noodles to sit in the bowl with the paper towels underneath it for at least 30 minutes to drain water if using a zuchini.I am just a mildly obese female who needs to lose weight and loves zoodling. I am not a pro. However, I do see that this tool is for someone that isnt prone to grabbing a hold of something and cutting themself. All in all this works beautifully and I likes the price. It's worked great so far with squash and potatoes as well. I'd recommend.

Customer Service is FANTASTIC!!
Customer Service is FANTASTIC!!!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about their Customer Service on this product. However, this product is not for everyone. It was difficult for me to use, as I have some form of arthritis in my hands, so this tool caused my hands to hurt extremely bad. I would imagine, if you have NO issues using your hands, this IS a FABULOUS tool. I also had a problem trying to download the e-book, so I wrote to the seller, and "Sam" was VERY HELPFUL to get me the info on how to do that as well. I also have only tried using sweet potato's in the Zoodle Chef, so it may work better, or easier with a different veggie. When I explained about my hand issue to the seller, she refunded my money without my asking!!! I was VERY IMPRESSED in the way she took care of this. Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.

Can't beat the price and size
For under $10 and not having to feel guilty about taking up a ton of space with yet another kitchen gadget this thing is a steal. It looks like a double sided pencil sharpener for veggies. It is VERY sharp. I don't love the cap with spikes that stabilizes it as you turn it, it's useful when you get down to the last inch but it's kind of bulky and awkward. It works great on zucchini. The recommended way of cooking them is nuking in the microwave, you can do 1-2 minutes and they come out a great texture. I will say I was disappointed that the website printed on the box is not valid, was hoping to find some of their recipes but there are plenty on Pinterest.

very sharp, works well
very sharp, knicked my finger on the thick cut blade when handling it.I have one of those larger spiral noodle contraptions (probably meant for processing large amounts) but never used it due to laziness of cleaning afterwards and storing. which is why i bought this.first noodle making with cucumber went okay. I realize there's going to be a little bit of forearm workout from all the twisting. But the fast cleanup and portability makes up for that. Especially if you're only doing 1 or 2 vegetables. Not sure if this is prone to rusting, I glazed over the reviews and they were high and fakespot seemed good.

Work to use, get the hand crank version.
If you have storage space get the hand crank version. It’s more work than you realize to twist Wiggins through this small one.

AMAZING!!! So easy and actually tastes good! So worth it
I'm gluten free and usually I don't crave pasta because of what it does it does to my stomach. I decided to try this and it is seriously amazing. It took MINIMAL effort to spiral the zucchini. I simply drizzled olive oil on the noodles, microwaved them for 2 minutes , put some butter on them, and they were good to go. I haven't gotten a chance to try boiling them or the oven, but I'm sure if the microwave can taste good, so will these. I also want to try different pasta sauces, but butter was all I had today. I also threw some cooked mushrooms in with the pasta and that was a nice addition. I feel like I'm going to be craving these every day from now on! So worth it

realised that all vegetables have to be a perfect cylinder other wise it doesn't come out in a long string, also most of the reviews use only courgette and soft vegetables a little more difficult with potatoes and carrots that are either too thin or too thick. also the pieces of veg come out more like noodle width but very thin. am in the process of experimenting with ordinary potato nests with soft cheese in the oven have done it with grated potato very yummy so hoping it will look more like a nest.
