I have chronic back issues and have to use ice packs constantly to help with inflammation and pain. This is hands down the best ice/gel pack I have ever came across! It stays cold longer than anything I have used in the past and it is flexible enough to form around the area that needs relief. What a great find. Thanks Amazon!!

Freezes in a couple of hours; stays cold for 2-3 hrs; able to place it on any large part of my body; back, shoulders, legs, etc. The only reason I'm not giving it the 5th star is because the mfg needs to round off the corners on the gelpack so it will enter the wrap easier and not have the posibility of ripping the material.I also purchased the medium version for my wrist. Another great product.

Freezes way too hard. Can't use well for a cold pack. Planned to use on my shoulder after surgery. No way. Heavy and doesn't bend.

The Theramed Ice Gel Cryopack worked well. I had hand surgery and the gel pack stayed cold for hours. However, it wasn't as flexible as I thought it would be and around my hand and wrist it was very heavy. Also, sometimes the velcro strips wouldn't stay put and would come loose. Since I was sitting with it the product worked just fine.

I ordered this just before I had a knee replacement. I used it at home at first. Then used it after PT. Now I still use it after hours of walking. It is a very good product. And the velcro holds it in place as you walk.
