The reviews are wrong. People complain about the “flimsy” ice molds… duh, people! Those are not ice molds, they’re serving bowls!! I gave 1 star on value for money because, $400. USD and I can’t even get an ice mold? Come on. It says right on it that there’s a stainless steel ice mold in the box but, that is a lie. I feel deceived and ripped off. Have not tried the machine yet because I first have to make a mold! Thanks for nothing

Works great!
It shaves perfect snow! My only problem is the plastic containers given to freeze the ice were so flimsy two of them broke before the second use! They shattered. The machine is great! At least it’s easy to find new molds.

No instructions
Be careful. This is a very large heavy machine. With no instructions except for the sticker on the back.If you need to change the ice blade, good luck. No instructions.Machine works beautifully, just hope there is not an issue cause then you are screwed.
