Works well, easy to apply and good quality. I used it to isolate MDF from studwork and it worked well. Easy to cut and adheres well.

Good value addition to your sound proofing system. I used the tape on both sides of wood battons, 65mm accoustic insulation and accoustic plasterboard which made a big difference. I wouldn't rely on using only the tape to reduce noise.

Very good and easy to fit

This item was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations in both quality and value. It arrived promptly, was well-packaged, and looks/functions just as I hoped. For the price, it’s an excellent deal, definitely worth it. I’m very happy with my purchase and would gladly buy again or recommend it to others looking for something similar. Currently doing a DIY insulating my floor, this has been great for sticking to the joists to reduce impact noise. I’ll update this review in few months to comment on if it makes a difference.

Really help to reduce floor squeak

good tape. Easy to cut and stick

I pulled up the floorboards and placed Rockwool RW3 underneath as part of a soundproofing project. I am placing the 30mm strip along the length of every floorboard so that it's in between each one so to stop wood-to-wood contact - I am then going along each board with a Stanley knife to trim all of the excess strip that's sticking up. I am also using their 3" (70mm) strip along each joist for the same reason, and I therefore have no wood-to-wood contact anywhere in the room, which will both dampen/deaden the transfer of sound - and stop any creaking (make sure that you use the correct nails or part-threaded flooring screws that will hold down the boards). This is an extremely sticky product, and I was very surprised but happy with that. A definite plus. FYI - It's worth double-checking your calculations before ordering because I initially didn't order enough. I needed 25 boards x 4,000mm = 100,000mm (each roll is 30,000mm. 30 meters). I ordered four in total, which will leave me some spare. One roll wasn't clearly enough! Delivery was fast. I recommend this product 6 stars...

Its only a few mm thick and I wanted to add some anti-squeak to wood floorboard on wood beam floor and deaden the sound of the tap dancing mouse parties at night. Works to stop squeaks from boards but mice still tap dance though now sounds like they're wearing wellies. Uncertain as to lifetime of product and how it may degrade in future...maybe it'll poison the mice.
