perfect. Good for measuring in weird or tight places or body measurements. And in inches and centimeters. so useful and versatile and good value for money. And the compact one is good to tuck in purse of back pack when you want to measure something when you are on the go. I would buy again.

Handy tape measures. I bought these for a friend who recently discovered she didn't have a tape measure. A wonderful package of 2 retractable tape measures and two long fabric tape measures that are not in a retractable device. Great little set of measuring tapes. Easy to use and well made. Small enough to put in my purse and doesn’t take up much space. I love that I can carry one with me. Cute pink color!! Price was inexpensive.. I’m going to get a couple more sets for my friends.. who doesn’t need a tape measure ???

I love how portable these are! The black one is especially my favorite, the retraction is great and its so nice because it will hold its measurement until you release it. Very durable and very nice to have on hand, especially if you sew or are selling clothing!

The pink measuring tape is worth more than half the purchase price, but the retractable measuring tape case broke after I dropped it on the floor. No big deal...

Priced under £5 for this set of two tape measures, this seems fairly reasonable to me as that's about £2.50 per measure. There are however similar sets available on Amazon.co.uk at the time of the Amazon Vine review that are cheaper however, I do not know if they are also of similar (or better/worse) quality. I am no a seamstress or tailor but I do find it useful to have a tape measure on hand when buying clothing as I can ensure that I purchase the correct size based on the body measurements given by the manufacturer. We do have a tape measure at home for this purpose but it is getting rather old and harder to read the worn off writing and so when I was offered this set to test and review then I opted to do so. You receive a standard soft tape measure in pink, which seems acceptable quality, and a retractable black tape measure (small and compact). Both measures have both inches and centimetres (one on one side and the other measurement on the other side). The retractable tape measure also has a button to allow you to slowly retract the measure or if you continuously press then to retract it fully. I am happy with the overall quality for the price and usefulness of both products. I am therefore happy to recommend.
