HEAD Energy Swim Fin, Size 6/7

I use these fins in my pool and let me tell you how effective they have proven to be in my fitness routine. I am a 57 year old woman weighing around 160-168. I am truly big boned and never will be petite, I have accepted the body I have. No matter what weight loss program or how consciencious I am of my nutrition, I have always gone back to this weight. So, I decided to firm up and tone and that's where the fins come in. I swam and did aquatic excercises but when I put the fins on...WOW!...they amplified all movements. I'm just starting out...haven't had them that long but I will keep you posted. I just mentioned to my sister today how I 'feel' the fin work I did yesterday and it wasn't a full session that I normally do. They have motivated me to persevere....I'm a mermaid!

Fitting information was confused - I'm a 7 size, and these are around 10 - 11 even whet it says 6/7

I use regularly for my swim at the gym. Flexibility is not the best but once you get them on they work quite well. I have not had any issues with durability only thing is the stiffness makes for a bit different to put on. Not having to adjust them or just ease of use is just fine for the purpose.

Easy to put on and off, perfect size, great value

Lack of sizing on the Amazon web site invites errors. My son wears a size 6 shoe. We bought the 6-7 fins. They could fit me and I wear a size 9 shoe. The product looks fine, but now either I pay to ship it back, or keep them a few years until his feet grow. Note to Amazon: ambiguity is not a good thing.

I had bought my oldest grandson a different pair of swim fins and they cracked the first time he wore them. I returned them and tried these, He really wanted orange and I found these. The quality is great and he has been wearing these every day for a few months. He has improved a lot and he is very happy with them. He has been wearing them only in the pool at the Y but when it is warmer he will be wearing them at the beach and in the ocean. I highly recommend these.

I love having these in the pool for exercise...Also helps tremendously at the beach. Wearing in the water protects feet without being so "long" that you trip over them. I'm never in the water without them. Normally a size 6 1/2 shoe, this size gives just enough extra room to get on and off with ease yet they stay on without effort while in the water.

tooo difficult to put on...i should have ordered size 8 even tho i am a size 6.5very rigid materialwill not buy these again
