Paint is not so good and the wheels are a little wobbly

The cart is a good idea. Works as suggested and the price is not horrible. It’s a little cheap but it’s built for a bike. We attached he’s ours for a e-bike and a child seat. Works ok. The box came destroyed. Like it had been sitting outside for months in the rain. Inside I found the cart rusted and massive scratch marks on the frame. Like it was slide across the ground. Every cut corer has rust. When I contacted them I was offered a return which this thing would be a nightmare to box up or $20 so I can fix it myself. Being handy I chose to repair it myself but $20 doesn’t cover the materials. It needs to be sanded down. Bondo in some places, taped off and painted. The rims are scratched behind repair looks wise. The only solution is to scuff them and paint then. I countered with $40 and they toldMe no way. It’s $20 or send it back. This is for my special needs child. I had built an entire thing around the design. Going back would be ridiculous. $40 was fair. It’s material and 2 hours of work but the greed on in the way. The customer service uses some translator which comes off very rude. I was given the $20 and here is the review. He cart is a neat design. Works ok and folds up. It’s cheap but is exactly what some May need enjoy he review. If one person skips buying because of your pettiness I guess it was worth it
