Delivered on time, but the functionality it wasn't what I was expecting. Unfortunately I can't return this item because I've decided to ask for the support first and the answers are being manage with delay and I'm still waiting for a proper support, which didn't came yet. The map application of my phone, which is basic, works better than this item. I'm totally disappointed.

It keeps on giving me FATAL ERROR messages when I try to edit the configurations (map, routes, etc.) sometimes it doesn't even turn on or go to navigation mode and I have to use my phone to be able to get back home. The screen is not the most sensitive/accurate either, even after configuring it.I'm definitely not purchasing it again.

I wanted a cheap GPS unit and I got a "Cheap" GPS. Don't waste your money on this. It is a cheap knock-off and it barley works. Unit will not stay locked onto GPS signal even when I have it laying on an open dashboard. They say it has free lifetime map updates, but to perform the update you had better be a software engineer to perform the update. You would be better off spending a little more and getting a name brand unit that is reliable.

It was so poor at giving directions. I mean it would tell you to turn left when you needed to go right. I am not certain but I do not believe it was made in the US or even used US directions. It is a total waste of money I ended up throwing it out.

After only a few months the battery swelled so much it popped the case. I'm afraid it might explode. The unit worked fine otherwise. I live in Phoenix and it gets hot here so maybe this unit just couldn't take the heat. Might be OK in other places.

CAN'T REALLY SAY I HATED IT , LOT OF TROUBLE IN GETTING IT, AND ONCE I DID THE VOLUME WAS VERY LOW TRIED EVERYTHING TO MAKE LOUDER AND NO MATTER WHAT DIRECTION I WAS GOING IN THE DEVICE KEPT SAYING TURN RIGHT, EVERYTHING WAS TURN RIGHT. HOWEVER WHEN I DID CONTACT THE SELLER THEY DID APOLOGIZE AND THEY WAS NICE AND SENT ME A RETURN LABEL. I WISH THINGS COULD HAVE WORKED OUT BETTER FOR ME

Now that I have opened the box and used it, it only works when it's hooked up to the charger really. The battery dies so fast it's crazy and it gives you like the longest routes possible.
