ACER ASPIRE ONE ZG5 LAPTOP LCD SCREEN 8.9" WSVGA LED DIODE (SUBSTITUTE REPLACEMENT LCD SCREEN ONLY. NOT A LAPTOP )

I ordered this screen after my orignal netbook screen cracked. I have the Acer Aspire1 zg5. I needed to get this baby up and running again so I can do some basic computer stuff for my business.The item came very quickly, 3 days before expected delivery. It was easy to install, took me less than 10 mins. It's plug and play, so my computer recognized it immediately. The screen was VERY bright, and clear. MUCH MUCH BETTER than the original screen. Colors were definitely bolder.As mentioned by another poster, this one does not have the brackets to secure the screen to the actual cradle/shell of the old screen. But once you put the outer pieces into place and screw it all in, it's very obvious that it is secure.This along with the 9 cell battery makes this baby very happy that I've got it up and running again! Someone stepped on my netbook and damaged the screen about a few months back so i had my net book parked up ready for the garbage, until i saw this product So I got this product a few weeks back installed it and it works lovely ....using it over 3 weeks now .....no complaints, lovely bright display better that the original. I just love this buy.....but will keep you guys posted if any problem arises. Take care all.....

Product received in sealed package. Easy install. Works great. The seller actually charged $5 more to my card than stated, I suppose because it came from Japan or China.

I’m certified for this type of work so my install went well. Wear your ground strap for computer’s sake. ‘Wish I hadn’t loaned it to a (now ex) girlfriend - she pawned it and lost it. I’m sure whoever has it now has a great little netbook

We gave our oldest daughter the Acer net book for Christmas her 6th grade year. We bought a referb knowing that there was a likelihood that it would get broken. Well it was less than a year before she dropped it and shattered the screen.The new screen was easy to install and it saved me from having to purchase another computer. It is good as new.

I got my husband this replacement screen cause my husband broke his screen on his acer aspire one. The screen did not take long to get to our house. The screen was wrapped in bubble wrap really good!
