Small fitting
As a nurse I’ve worn Clark’s shoes for years as I know they are comfortable and long wearing. I’ve had 3 pairs of the original unloop which have all lasted around 3 years before I knew it was time for a replacement pair.Seen the un.loop 2 walk and thought they would be the same as the originals but in an upgraded version. They are a more narrow fitting than the originals and they are extremely uncomfortable to the point that I was nearly crying in pain 10 hours into a 14 hour shift. The insole is thick but it felt like my heel wasn’t right in the shoes, thus I have a blister on one foot. They are way too tight across the top so I cut the elastic just under the tongue which did not make them feel any better. I took out the insole and this made them fit better across the top of the foot but were very uncomfortable under foot due to having no insoles in them. The advice I give to anyone purchasing a pair is to go a size up. Or stick with the originals.I’ve got to keep mine as I’ve cut the elastic under the tongue so I am going to try and get them stretched in some way, also going to replace the insole as I think it’s sits too high in the shoe.

As far as Clarks shoes go... lovely and nothing to complain about. I’ve had these shoes in the past, and either they were wider, or I’ve bought the wide fit ones. These (unless specified as wide) are in fact D fit, although I’d say it’s smaller.I put them on for few seconds, and the pain went straight to my head and persisted for 30 minutes. I’d rather walk bare feet in snow!I’m sure they are lovely shoes for people with narrow feet, but even someone “normal” needs to break in them. As for me (a wide fit in Clarks, Gabor and standard in Van Dal), it’s an absolute NO.

Very comfortable
I'm a size six, bordering on a wide fit, and a lot of shoes I try on are just that little bit too tight whereas the wide fit is too wide. These are just the right size and didn't need breaking in at all.

Possible to remove the insole to replace with your own if required
I've just reviewed this item and posted an answer about being able to remove the supplied insole and replace with another insole if wanted. See picture above this is very easily removed, although the shaping of the insole does fit snugly so your replacement would need to have the same 'sorry' footprint to fit as snugly.

Comfortable
Bought these shoes for work, the size was perfect, they are well made, a nice heel height and comfortable to wear all day and they do look well. I ordered the brown colour and am very pleased with it. I'd definitely recommend buying these shoes.

Too small a fit had to return.
Very small fit. I am a size 6 normally but these would only go on my left slightly smaller foot and would not fit my right at all. So I had to send them back as they did not have a bigger size available to re-order as replacement. Very disappointing as Clarks shoes are usually a very good accurate fit.

Comfy shoes
Having worn Clark's original un.loop shoes for years, I needed new ones and decided to try the un.loop2. Reviews said they came small so ordered half a size up but they were actually too big, so swapped for my normal size. I probably could have got away with half a size smaller but they fit ok and are just as comfy as my previous ones. They are light to wear but do sound heavier, but that could just be my heavy footedness! They are smart looking and am very pleased with them.

Try before you buy would be my advice
So disappointed I have several pairs of unloops by Clark’s this is the first time the fit has not been good & the first solid colour pair & I wonder if that is the difference
