No Customer Service
I have been trying to return a defective Headset that I bought, and I have been trying to return it for 1 month. First, I tried requesting return request after no response, requested a claim and again no response for 3 weeks. Complete silence for 1 month. Where is the customer service ?Received the headset without batteries (now they updated the description saying does not come with batteries), ordered batteries from another vendor. Finally tested it, and it sounded funny, and muzzled voice.
