Neck pain relieve
This C=Spine Retractor was recommended by my chiropractor. It is an excellent tool to relieve neck pain.

Very effective if used correctly
Very effective if used correctly. I see where this could easily be used used wrong through incorrect placement of the pivot point, even with the included instructions. If it causes more pain or does not seem to help, consider getting some coaching in the use of it through a physical therapist. Again, if used correctly it is very helpful.

Great product
Just got this few days ago. Saw this being used in a therapists office on YouTube. The patient had tinnitus and it helped with the ringing in the ears. So, I thought I'd try it. So far so good. If used on a regular basis, I believe it will help with my cervical retraction, ear ringing, and posture.
