Quality product, works well.
I purchased this product because a normal winch mount/bumper was not available without custom fabrication. The unit is sturdy, and reasonably maneuverable. I quite enjoy being able to remove the winch when not in use, or to mount the winch to the rear of the truck, or to another vehicle. The dimensions are forgiving if the receiver is close to the body, or if other accessories are installed in the vicinity. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs a winch on a vehicle that is not dedicated to the trail.

Shank measures 1 7/8
I spent the extra on a Warn product anyway after reading the review about a " loose" fit. the advertised 2 inch shank measures out to 1 7/8 inches. My receiver mount for my trailer is 2 1/8 inches. Its just way too loose for a $300 purchase. Its going back and I'll build my own.Seems like Quality control needs a tape measure.

Alittle dissapointed
You know I was expecting more from Warn. This thing looks awesome in pictures and in real life too. It's beefy and the handles are about perfectly set for even my 9.5K winch. Everything is really awesome on this winch carrier EXCEPTThe actual hitch bar is not fully 2" and the corners are rounded over making for a very sloppy fit into the receiver. I can easily wiggle my winch back and forth as well as up and down even when pinned. I'm not sure this is a good thing for a mount used for pulling heavy loads. Maybe I can add some shims?I kept this mount because it meets all my other requirements but I am going to have to be real careful (you should anyway) when winching with this setup that I keep the winch near perfectly straight in line with the hitch bar. I can see already that I will be using my snatch block (if able) to keep the winching in a straight line.If I hadn't already installed my winch and torgued it down I would have considered returning it. Heck I did even with the winch installed but in the end decided that the other features make it worth while to keep it.I have yet to pull a load with it and will update this one way or another once I have done so. But right now, out of the box, I can see a possible problem and I have some concerns.

Warn multi mount
The only thing I disliked about the mount is the amount of slop or play it has once inserted in the receiver. The wiring harness is excellent quality and, mounting holes are correctly located. It is well made and does what it was designed to do.

Good product!
I use mine and an 8,000 pound Warn winch on the front of my 2015 Nissan Frontier. Last weekend we pulled downed trees out and onto a trail so we could cut them up without fighting the buck brush and it worked perfectly. Good investment!

One Star
Right part number, but the wrong parts in the kit.

Thick metal and clean welds
After looking at some of the cheaper options with thin sheet metal and fastener joints, I'm very happy I spend the extra money for the Warn. Very beefy.
