Mdavid Elbow Compression Sleeve, Breathable relief from Arthritis, Bursitis, Tendonitis, Golfer’s elbow and Tennis elbow, Includes Single Sleeve

I bought this due to a hyperextended elbow and I had a lot of lifting boxes coming up. This fit very snuggly on the elbow and really helped to relieve pain and provide extra support for my elbow. The comfort is good but can get a little tight for just normal use, but if needing something where you’re going to be busy and working you’ll never even notice it’s there! I wore it for extended lengths of time and never noticed it was there!

I had this sleeve several years ago when I first got tennis elbow. It helped tremendously to ease the pain as it healed. My tennis elbow flared up again and I had to order another one because I had lost my old one. It’s worth the money and it really does help!

Sturdy and well-made. Be careful with the sizing, however, as they apparently run a bit small. I am of average build, but the medium constricted my arm so severely that my hand remained purple every time I wore the elbow sleeve. Therefore, I cannot attest to the effectiveness of this elbow sleeve, as I cannot wear it comfortably. That said, I have friends who swear by the McDavid Elbow Sleeve.

I bought this mainly for my Bursitis, and I must say, it provided me the right amount of compression I need!

Purchased a Med.size. I'm 5'7' 138 lbs. good fit. Gives reasonable support. BUT.... uncomfortable in the elbow crease, fabric is very rough and bunches up. Still doable, better than elbow pain. CON- After 2 hrs. of wearing, when i removed it , the gel insert (even through the fabric) stuck to my arm and removed the top layer of skin. Little polka dot sores matching the pattern on the gel pack. Very negative surprise! I wanted this to be a great product, but will have to return it.UPDATE- I gave the wrap a second try (need something immediately). Stuck to my arm only once. Stretches after a couple wearings. Still tough to get by the rough fabric (feels a little like rug burn). I'm still looking for a replacement product, but will use this in the mean time.

I got this elbow brace for my dad. Even tho, the part of the body that was giving him problems was his right shoulder, I got him this elbow brace and it helped a lot. He doesn’t have shoulder pain anymore.This compression sleeve works great, I definitely recommend it if you’re having either elbow or shoulder pain.

In conjunction with the McDavid 489 elbow strap, this product is beginning to heal a tennis elbow that started last October. I wear this at home after work, until bedtime. I wouldn't recommend wearing at night though. I did that once, and sleeping with my arm flexed gave me one of the worst "sleeping arms" I've ever had. It definitely restricts blood flow if the arm is flexed for an extended period.That being said, this product is great. My arm measures 11" around the joint as per instructions. I ordered a large, and it is not easy pulling the device to it's proper location. But once positioned, it really works well. I especially appreciate the gel pads, and warmth it seems to provide to the affected tendons/areas of my arm.

It would have been nice to have included the elbow measurements to correspond with the sizes somewhere in the description. I had to guess medium and it turned out to be much too tight. Now I have to go the trouble and expense of returning it. Darn.

Fits snugly but not too tight. Gel pads rest exactly where they should be. Price is right. Quick shipping.

Purchased this after injuring my elbow (prob tennis elbow) at the gym - didn’t really want to stop lifting for 3-6 months so purchased this as a bit of support - ordered the XL size but still fits nice and tight. Really helps support if you want to get back to lifting!
