This girdle is well-made with high-quality materials. It is firm and sucks everything in, it doesn't feel like it will ride up or go anywhere.

I love this shape wear. I can wear it all day at work and I feel fine by the end of the day. Smoothes my curves and makes everything lay perfectly

Rago has greatly constructed products however the garter clips have a way of coming unfastened from the stockings. The round wire clips are great for comfort but come undone at times.

Rago makes the real deal. This isn't some look-a-like garter belt that doesn't actually hold anything in. This is a real girdle that works. It holds everything in. It is tight, but that's what I want. The difference is noticeable. Wear this under a tight dress or skirt and you will look better.

As I am writing this review, I have on my new Rago Open Bottom Girdle (Style 1359), and I love it. I got it in size 8X since I am a big gurl. This girdle does a great job of holding in my stomach, holding up my stockings, and supporting my behind. Although I am not a woman, but an aspiring drag queen, I find that wearing shapewear is a must in order to create a womanly figure. I prefer wearing tight-fitting clothes to show off my figure, so I do not want to have any bumps or bulges (I'm sure all of the women know what I am talking about...). Also, it is a pleasure to know that whether I am strutting or dancing or just sitting, that everything is being held in place. I love to wear all of the various styles of Rago shapewear and recommend them highly whether you are a woman, or like me, just trying to look like one!

A little uncomfortable, as you would expect with firm shaoewesr, but gets the job done. Love the built in garters but would prefer the ability to remove as I will not be wearing stockings in heat of summer but may still want the support this girdle offers. Love the vintage look when paired with my Rago longline bra.

Size: 6XLWaist: 40"Hips: 51"I bought this hoping for a more substantial version of a garter belt -- I don't like shapewear, but I find that regular garter belts (the kind that just go around the lower belly/hips) tend to roll and scrunch on me because of the way I'm built.The 6XL fit exactly the way I wanted it to: snug without being tight. It's really no more restrictive than control-top pantyhose -- better, actually, because it's open at the bottom -- and it doesn't roll or shift, even when I do bends and stretches on purpose to test it. I find I can move quite comfortably and I don't feel squashed or overly "shaped" at all; also, since it sits at my natural waist, I don't have bulging above the waistband. The grips are strong and feel reliable, though I haven't done a full day yet.If you want firm shaping, this isn't really for you, though it'll smooth you out a bit. It's just a very functional garment for holding up your stockings.

Too small cuts into legs leaving a noticeable mark

I had never heard of Rago products but I feel very glad I found them. The girdles I purchased are excellent both in value and fitin fact, I intend purchasing some more soon.
