I have a Southern Pride smoker oven which can handle 1/2 sheet pans. In this unit these pans are great. The 1.2" depth still allows the smoke to reach the meat and do its magic. Here's a tip. Before cooking I line the bottom sheet with heavy duty Reynolds aluminum foil, fit it to the corners and crimp it over the edges. When the BBQ is cooked and I remove the rack I just fold up the foil and throw it away. No clean up! (OK, I still have to clean the cooking rack.) This product is great! Happy smokin'!

These have been easy enough to clean so far, but I do hate that they bend while hot. The loud popping sound in the oven can make me jump and I’m worried that the twisting/popping of the pan is what’s causing extra mess in my oven.

I absolutely love my new stainless steel baking pans. Strong heavy beautiful stainless steel. Nice big size and love that for the price it came with two baking pans along with the two accompanying stainless racks. Shiny and easy to clean. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It’s big size is more convenient and can be used in more than baking cookies, like you can bake chicken even make a steaks, I simply love it. I switched all my cookware to stainless steel because it’s the best you can have.

Was exactly what I was looking for. These are not flimsy baking sheets. Pan is thick and sturdy. Racks are solid and strong. Would definitely buy again if I needed more. However the two pack I purchased will probably last me a lifetime.Update 1/2022: We have been using both sheets for over a year now. Approx 2-3 times per month. Exceeding our expectations. They are stable not bent or warped. Still looking super clean. Very pleased with our purchase.Update 3/22/2022. We are still using the pans with the racks. They work perfect for us and are still pretty darn clean. Like I said originally, they will probably last me my lifetime.No regrets with this purchase. Very pleased with the product.
