These filters will probably not do much for anything microscopic, including dust and allergens, though I could be wrong. The screen system does not seem to be fine enough for that. However, they are perfect for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors in the country. One of the things that can make a person crazy while being out-of-doors is the billions of tiny bugs attacking your face. Often I am in a cloud if itty-bitty bugs. And, when they fly/crawl up my nose, I am miserable. These nasal screens prevent that about 90%. The screen is just fine enough to stop the bugs, though every once in a while, a bug gets through. The trick is to focus on breathing through your nose, which is easy to do with this filter, and keep your mouth closed. It's not perfect, but still way better than nothing. I find that the screens are easy to insert, usually stay in place, and are not annoying after a few minutes of use. I have no idea what the strange product name means.

My son has bad seasonal allergies. He sneezes constantly and often has infections. He also has a very sensitive nose. This was recommended by a friend who said it ended her sinus infections. Sure enough after a couple days of my son using he stopped sneezing, he can breath better, and complains less about smells that bother him. Great buy and worth it. My son used the smallest size, he is 11 years old. An adult would possibly need the medium or large. He was nervous that friends would see this in his nose but the middle piece is transparent and no one has noticed, without him showing them or taking it out from time to time. It is reusable for 1 week, my son rinses his nightly and allows it to dry for the next day.

I have always enjoyed using these. They are getting to be more difficult to find unfortunately. Let me stress that these lessen the side effects of allergies. They do not prevent them at all. There is no cure for allergies. Whenever I am becoming overwhelmed with my symptoms, I place these in my nose. They are slightly noticeable, but if it helps me feel better, I don't care! I recommend them for using during casual activities. They do limit the intake of oxygen you get, so I wouldn't wear them out running or anything like that. I have ordered these at least five or more times and will continue to do so, as long as they are available.

These are truly trash, do not waste your money on them. They protect you from nothing. The tiny filter in the middle is completely ineffectual and the blue and white rubber you see that seemingly shapes the device is the flimsiest of all rubbers.

I don’t think it’s in my head. It does work and helps to cut down pollen and nose sensitivity. What it has not mentioned was that it also helps moisturize the nose from moisture breathing out. I have been wearing it for the past few weeks. I am so used to using it. Order it in advance because it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive to the US.

Great product but regular size is more suited for men. I used only the smalls for several months. I had not sinusitis I went to the regular size because of all the pollen. I got a bad infection I think because the regular were to big and I was uncomfortable so I fiddled with it too much. This is a great product. Use they work.
