The system cleaner cartridge is amazing!
I had used many different products to clean the pins inside on my old Nintendo, but this console cleaner is by far the best I’ve ever used. You don’t apply any fluid to it, you just insert the cartridge and remove it several times. After using it, games start up on the first try! Whatever the purple material in the cartridge is made of, it works great! I’m am sincerely amazed. I rarely write reviews for products, but the console cleaner is 100% worth it.As for the cartridge cleaner cards and the fluid, the fluid is just isopropyl alcohol, so they only work marginally better than just alcohol and a qtip. I probably wouldn’t buy them again, though they do work well. The console cleaner is the start of the show though!

Saved 2 NES games from going into the trash
First off, the 1up cards are nothing new. I remember my mom buying me and my brother a "Doc's" NES cleaning kit back in 1989. The kit included a "1up" style cleaning card. That being said, These are great cards and clean better than using Q-tips. I've recently been buying NES carts online with the intention of putting together my own custom carts using repro shells in colors other and gray and repo labels from Etsy. I don't like the idea of harvesting game PCBs from carts that are in great shape. Instead, I've been buying working games with carts that have cosmetic issues like cracked/broken shells and damaged labels. I recently picked up 2 games that were not working. I first tried Q-tips and rubbing alcohol. Then I tried using a toothbrush with alcohol. Finally I resorted to using an eraser on the board contacts. None of these methods worked. I was about to throw these game boards in the trash when I remembered I purchased some 1up cards a few months. After cleaning these games with a 1up card they both worked. I had to clean one of the games twice, but that was all it took. If you have some games that aren't working, and normal cleaning is not helping, you should look into picking up some 1up cards.

Console cleaner works great!
The cartridge to clean the console works great. My games started working again after the first use. However, the cartridge cleaning cards could be a little thicker and/or more durable. While they do seem to work OK, I have to put a little pressure on them because they don't fit tight in the gap between the contacts and the cartridge casing. I used to have a set back in the 90's when my NES was young (and so was I) that were thicker and made of plastic that lasted forever until I lost them. These are fine for now but I can see them wearing out and have room for improvement.

Works Great!
I recently received an NES though none of the games could be played. I used this kit on a few games and the NES and each one has worked so far. Great product!

Cleans Great
I was having the blinking red power button issue with almost every cartridge I used. Inserted the console cleaner cartridge a few times and the issue was fixed with half my games. Used the cartridge cleaner and the issue was fixed for nearly all my games including the whole black screen no sound issue. I'm exchanging the remaining 4-5 games that I still have issues with because I don't know enough about the inner workings of NES cartridges to fix myself. Both products are easy to use and work. There are plenty of videos to watch on YouTube if needed as well.

It works better than what you're doing now
I was using a Q-tip with alcohol before, and that worked fine. This is easier, faster, and more effective.

Simple, yet brilliant product
I wish I had thought of this! Far superior to qtips dipped in alcohol. These cards get my games clean so they always start on the first try. If you play NES, you need these.
