Such an handy item . Great idea to carry your phone . Gents don’t have a safe place to carry a decent size phone Pockets just aren’t deep enough for our valuables

For what it is it does seem expensive. However, I could not find anything else on the market that would fit my Samsung Galaxy 10e. I am deaf and the phone has an app that controls my hearing aids, so I need the phone with me all the time and it would be even more convenient if the phone got lost or broken. As a man, I don't want it looking girly either. In my opinion, it looks extremely well made and will easily outlast the phone. My wife and I both agree that it looks good too. So for me it was an excellent purchase.

After 2.5 weeks of use, the rings bent. It was not easy to fix and started catching on things and tearing holes in my clothing when wearing it cross-body. Since I was no longer able to return this on Amazon, I contacted Knok Customer Service directly to ask if the case could be repaired.I was told by the Customer Service team that I should repair it with pliers and "to avoid sharp edges, you can place a piece of kitchen paper or gaffa tape between the pliers". This is a fairly ridiculous response. These items are most likely manufactured inexpensively and sold at high margin. Replacing an item or even asking for the faulty item to be sent back for them to repair would have been a more customer-centric response.What they are selling is poor quality and they clearly lack the professionalism and/or business sense to manage issues with their products. AVOID - BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT

I love this lanyard. The case is very sturdy and the length of the lanyard if perfect. Adjustable.

I find it useful to have my iPhone dangling around my neck.

It’s got a nice feel to it, but both of the metal toggles have fallen off within a month. Would not re buy.

Didn't fit my phone so had to send back

A neighbor has one and I ogled it for a while before asking her about it. I love it for walking around the neighborhood and walking my dog. My phone does take a charge with the case on and I like that it's clear. It is too awkward to carry in my purse or backpack but the good news is the phone slips fairly easy in and out while also feeling secure.

The media could not be loaded. Potential is there. Looks good in the advertisement, But unfortunately it was not compatible with my iPhone 13 Pro as was originally written.

Bought this for my daughter as she does not carry a purse. It won't fall out of a picket and is readily available is she needs to use it without digging through a bag or backpack.
