I’m just finishing my 2nd bottle of collagen complex. I bought it because it had all of the types of collagen I wanted to take in the fewest number of capsules for the price. The product was delivered quickly and exactly as expected. Both my husband and I take 3 capsules a day to help bolster our collagen intake. We don’t feel like we need to take more than 3 each because we have other sources of collagen in our diet. I can’t say that my hair and nails grew faster. They already grow fast so it would be very hard for me to tell. What I can say is that I know my joints feel good and my skin is not sagging like it was before I started the collagen regimen. I feel like this is a good complex collagen product especially at the price.

Works great.... I am 75 years old and had chipped nails all the time. First thing I noticed was shiny nails. Definitely recommended by me!
