I absolutely love it!

Product worked great. However, It came damaged. The box looked like it was dropped. Someone taped a red string on where the damaged corner was. The barrel has a ding on it from the fall. I needed to process honey quickly that is why I used.

Purchasing this honey extractor has been such a nightmare! It’s actually a good piece of equipment, but the assembly instructions are TERRIBLE. You definitely need to buy a piece of plywood and more screws and nuts than are provided in order to stabilize it underneath when extracting the honey. This is not just optional. The bolts also have to be tightened very tightly. I did neither of these things at first and the result was that a leg gave way and the whole thing fell over, breaking the handle. I was very lucky that I wasn’t injured.I asked the seller to send me another handle and instead they sent me another extractor and told me to “throw away” the first extractor !!! Are they KIDDING??? No. They are not. They don’t have spare parts and they refuse to take back the second one after I took the handle out of the box to replace the broken handle. This is a very large piece of valuable stainless steel equipment and I don’t know what to do with it. If I had a second handle, I could sell it or give it away, but I’d like to return it and they won’t take it back. The entire situation is insane, extremely bad business practice, and disrespectful to the environment, which is not what you would expect from a company that manufactures beekeeping equipment. The box is on my porch waiting for them to come get it, abandoned. I’m looking into other companies that might have a handle that would fit-
