**UPDATE, Phone Software Problem not Case**After conversations with the company the case charges just fine and very quick. There was a bad phone software update that didn't allow for fast charging at the time of purchase.Although the current case doesn't support the use of the USB-C plug except to charge this is a battery case after all. I have upgraded my stars because when you need power, you need power and this case delivers that.Company has refunded my money since I was excepting more from the case and was unhappy.***End Update*****Original Review**I would like to express my deepest disappointment with this item.Pros: #1: it's a neat case and styled well, although slippery #2: the QR charger works, that's about it but put it on charge before bed, will be ready in the AM when you wake up.Cons: #1: not a fast charger, it's slow as death. A normal charger will charge quicker than you use the battery. Not this one. And before you think about it, yes, I have all fast chargers with proper cables. I came from a Note 8 with Punkcase (will be going back to Punkcase). I plug my charger into the phone alone and it's ready to go in 45-1hr from dead. #2: the battery won't charge my Note 10 all the way, the description says 12.5 hrs. Where? How? Mine won't even fully charge a 30% battery to full before running out of juice. #3: no headphone capabilities, the note 10 has a usb-c headphone system, this case won't pass through the headphones have to unplug the battery and use the headphones and hope the phone battery doesn't go dead.Extremely disappointed with this case, had high hopes but have learned when I find a good product to stick with it and not try something else.

Got this case just to extend the natural battery life in the event I forget to charge it or have to be away from home unexpectedly. It has enough charge to jump the phone back to life once, extending it to 4 days of usage over the standard 2 (if you optimize your device).The downsides are, of course, in wireless communications. Bluetooth will have trouble, NFC won't work, and the S-pen may have troubles. Wi-Fi and cellular are not affected.

I wanted so much to like this case. It's very sleek compared to my previous battery case. Looks aside, it is not comparable to ZeroLemon's case. Here's a breakdown comparison:1. Charging speed - my phone registers it as cable charging. ZeroLemon registers as fast charging.2. Battery capacity - even though both cases are supposed to have the same capacity, my ZeroLemon case lasted longer when I first bought it.3. Functionality - doesn't work with contactless features such as Google Pay, making using it tedious.Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return this case.

Holds well fits well at 1st it took a little bit of maneuvering but fits nice and tight and snug

As a basic charging case, it's okay, but I specifically ordered this product because it stated that it had a beveled edge to protect the phone's screen. I laid a piece of tape, sticky-side up, on the table, laid my phone on it, and it readily picked up the tape. This is NOT what I call protection! It's no more protective than my previous one that didn't have "beveled edges." I'm not real happy about it, but I'm going out of town in 2 days and need the extra battery power that the cover provides, so I'll be keeping it.

So far the phone's been working OOK with the battery pack. The only issue I have with it so far is that when I put it into my car and plug it in it does not allow the auto car feature to kick in. I have to take my phone out so that I can plug my phone into my car so that the car can detect the phone. I am a little disappointed. But all other features are working quite well. I'm going to hold on to this review and follow up after 3 and 6 months because that's when this thing is supposed to go dead. Well that's what other people have said. I'm hoping it's just a manufacturer's Defect and that doesn't happen to me.

This is my honest opinion I like the way it feels in my hand it feels better than my outer box knowing that it give my phone an extra charge is a plus and it looks really cool but me being productive pulling my phone in and out of my pocket is a big plus it's not too big and not too smart it's the perfect fit I love it and the way that it's made for the hand helps me text more productively and send out emails and do other business entities love the product

Been using this battery case for about 6-months, and honestly till now it's been great. Always charged fairly fast (it's a big battery so it take time to charge), and has been a lifesaver always keeping my phone charged for entire days when I'm out in the field for work.A few weeks ago I noticed a small crack in the back close to the charging icon (had not dropped it), but it still functioned so I didn't think anything of it. I did notice the cracks getting bigger over time, but again, still working so... Then yesterday a family member noticed it was making a high-pitched sound when charging, which stopped as soon as I removed it from the wireless charger.So, combining the sound with the cracks, and now it's hard to get the charging connector to slide it when I have to take it out of the case to use headphones for Zoom calls, it appears the battery is actually swelling, causing the cracks to get worse (pictured).Technically the battery case still works, but I feel like the cracks and the noise make it unsafe to keep in my pocket all day.Sad it only worked for 6 months, could be a really good product.

Having trouble with the c-port in my phone which is making charging difficult so I bought this case. It does exactly what I wanted and charges quickly. I don't like the bulk but what do you expect with a battery equipped case. I would definitely recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for extra battery to last more than a day.
