Replacement Cartridges are a nightmare to get hold of, so beware.
Purchased this Levoit Water Filter jug, back in February this year. And It came with one cartridge filter ilter, which now needs replacing and i cannot replace it; as there are never any in stock. For weeks now!!This is very disappointing, as I purchased this particular water filter jug, thinking that I would easily be able to replace the cartridge filter but I cannot and I do not have the option of using one by another brand or Amazon's own brand. So my Water filter jug is now useless.I had been really enjoying the having this jug and loved the clewn taste of the filtered water. But I really wish I'd bought another make, if I had known how difficult it would be to obtain the cartridges.

Super Wasserfilter!!!!Behälter schön groß und hochwertig. Der erste Wasserfilter war nix. Kalkablagerungen im wasserkocher nach 2 Füllungen. Verkäufer hat sofort reagiert und mir kostenlos Ersatz geliefert.Ersatzfilter waren top!!! Wahrscheinlich ein chargenfehler der ersten Lieferung. Verkäufer hat im nachhinein nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ein sensationeller Service mit super ware!!!! Weiter so!!!!!

Caraffa molto capiente e ideale per una famiglia di cinque persone . Materiale di buona fattura e conveniente.Unico neo il filtro,l'acqua che ne usciva non era di mio gradimento e l'ho sostituito con un altro che uso abitualmente e che fortunatamente si è adattato a questa caraffa.
