Can a 12v 1A adapter used with this?

Yes I use them with a Hornby 12v transformer on a model railway layout and find them okay

If i use 2 of these leds in parallel connection do i need a 12v 2a power supply or a 12v 1a?

You only need a 12v 1 amp supply as each LED draws 20-30ma so 6 LED's will draw 120-180ma and the 1 amp supply is 1000ma.

Is it need a led drive?

It only needs a 12 volt DC supply
