L'oreal Hip Studio Secrets Professional Bright Shadow Duos, Bustling, 0.08-Ounce (Pack of 5)

I am blonde with green eyes and wanted a purple shade to play them up. I was not sure about this one but am so glad I bought it. First off Loreal HIP shadows are just fabulous and such high quality shadows. The colors are magnificent. Like the others, the colors can be subdued with a slight hand application or more striking using a heavier hand and more product. It just depends on the look you want. Women from teens to 90+ (I am 61) can wear this these colors. Older women can wear bright colors well! Don't be afraid to try it. The gold is very soft has a lovely shimmer to it. The purple is a clean, clear purple shade and is gorgeous. I love the high pigment shades. These shadows are like a powder cream to me and go on so beautifully without creasing and wear really well. This shadow arrived in perfect condition with plastic seal from the factory in tact. If you are on the fence with these colors...go for it, you will be glad you did!

I'm very happy with the quality of this product, which is easy to apply lightly or add layers if you want to build deeper highlight and shadow. I found the (left side) lighter color to be quite a bit more golden than it appeared on my screen, which was disconcerting. However, I find that if it's applied sparingly, the effect is subtle but effective as a highlight.

Cheap packaging has ruined a once good product. I researched this product and found that L'Oréal decided to save money and is now using inferior ingredients and inferior cheap packaging for this product the quality of the eyeah down is not what I originally experienced in the original product of a few years ago. Very different from original product. Do I Am Very disappointed. Won't buy this span from any one due to Loreal changing their quality.

I love the color. It is lighter than I thought it would be but it works and I'm enjoying the change. Great price for one of my favorite products.

I wear this eye shadow almost everyday now. The light color I blend under my eyeliner & over the top part of my eyelid. The orange color I wear in the crease & over the bottom of my lid. When I get home from work at the end of the day, the color is almost as vibrant as when I put it on in the morning. I never thought orange would make my blue eyes stand out, but the color seems to work for me. I highly recommend HIP eye shadows...no matter the right color for you, its a great product.

This eye shadow goes on very smooth. Easy to blend. You can apply lightly for little color or add more to sponge applicator (which it comes with) for intense color. This is highly pigmented, high quality eye shadow. A great product for the price. I was worried the blue would look trashy on, but it's actually a really flattering color and looks great with the brown in the crease of the eyelid.

I love this color! the light purple is really pretty and i love it with my complexion, the darker half i dont use as much, but they do look really good when used together, although I usually dont need that much drama in my makeup. Its a fun fresh duo and the color compliments many skin tones

I bought the "Flare", I have medium brown eyes, the colors really look great on me. Its not very pigmented though. But If you prefer the "Natural Looking", its a good candidate. They are now one of my favorites, both colors have silky texture on them.
