Does this work for a standard, top loader, agitator style machine?

How well does this get out stuff like equipment grease, oil and that kinda stuff?

My husband works in the oil and gas industry. This stuff is hands down the best stuff that we've found for his work clothes. Old school roughnecks like laundry detergent and coke but if you don't want to go that route, Persil is it!
